That's what I've been saying!!! Dude is a awesome coach
dude, dana is the best! make sure you watch this lesson like 300 times. you will realize all the gold nuggets he gave you many years from now. the advice here works for all levels of golf ability from amateur to pro.
This series is so cool. I don't think there's ever been anyone who did a series like this, where the player works so hard and gets lessons from the same coach on a regular basis. Dana obviously doesn't need your help, but this is an amazing showcase of his craft. Of course, it's also an amazing showcase of your work ethic.

There are going to be even more consistent coaches for putting coming soon! The series has just gotten started :) thanks for being a part of it
I think the best thing you did was moved away from pumping out content for a while and took time to mature as a golfer. Your attitude has changed and you’re taking in information which is translating into your improved swing. What a great coach and also a great pupil. Well done guys 👏
Might be the best video yet in my opinion! Incredible how this coach gets the point across and helps us golfers that don’t know the side bend move understand it!

I also feel like this messed up my swing for right now, anyone else feel like that? I’m sure once I get more use to it it’ll become more natural but holy it doesn’t feel natural tbh.

That video hit home deep for me
When he said his high swing speed guys already have this. That he doesn't need to talk about it. I was a high speed guy and the light bulb went on for me at that point. This side bend part may be why I slowed down. I will be checking on this for sure in the coming weeks. I appreciate the content! It's outstanding!
Best video yet (particularly for someone trying to break 80 more consistently). The best video ever I've seen explain those technical bits in a simple way you can implement. The sound of the strikes near the end were so pure! 👌💪
At the 8 minute mark this coach explained to me why I flip the club👍.
I seriously think that you were not making progress for a long time, but this new swing might be your canon event! Keep it up, let's go!

this was awesome Jerome! Love watching the progression of your swing, and your video editing progression as well. Good stuff brother!
My dude. Keep getting it. Don't listen to the haters. They are the same people st. Andre made fun of in that "guy giving swing advice" at the golf range video.
Great lesson. Dana has got you moving very well. You listen and focus very well. Great job.
Nice vid, next step, looking great 👍
Man, your swing is looking so good! Outstanding work sir!
Amazing video. Focusing on the body to make the proper movements is really working for me.

Once you have master the great lag at P6 & those actions at impact position, you will be doing great things on the golf course. Keep it up!
I absolutely love the detail from this coach. Some people don’t like to get into the technical weeds but this is my nirvana!
Interested to see your progression of this to longer clubs in terms of what you’d have to do to incorporate some of it there. Nice lesson and great info provided
Thank you. Best on line video I’ve seen, and believe me, I’ve seen a lot !!! Two very skilled operators at work 👍 💪

Fantastic video.
The ground force spoke to me this morning. Very helpful to hear the “pressure plate” idea of pushing behind with the lead foot. Using the ground. I’ve always misinterpreted that idea of just simply pushing up with lead foot, but it’s a push and twist. Like I’m trying to spin the earth underneath my feet. Great video! Swing looks great!
Thank Jerome for all these materials you shared. Helped me a lot to apply fixes to my game. Are there dedicated lessons around fade and draw shots ?
Thanks!
Best lesson yet! Great job to you and this amazing coach

Wow. I’ve been trying to achieve this impact position for well over a year, and could never understand how. 17:50 - 17:58 was the biggest revelation to get me there.
Dana is the man . Nice job Jerome !!
Be careful of the audio in the narration . I don't know if it's the mic or if it something in post but your voice is just a hair distorted. Maybe turn down the gain on that track a bit.. not sure... the audio on the rest of the video is perfect. Keep up the great work. I like the changes your making with the channel. Cleaning up the audio on the narration will be huge for what your going for.

You are so welcome!
It's Malcom Gladwell's10k hours. So, if you started with coaching at 10 you would be around scratch at 17 or so. With interminable, or constant practice, that is every day. The process can be accelerated but not rushed. I might add good teacher as I am now striking the ball more crisply and my swing is even better after listening to him. Everything feels more precise, I guess it is the wrist angles.
pretty damn good
I need an instructor like that!
Okay this was awesome! I learned so much from this! Have you seen any Dr. Kwon videos? I feel like now you need more to jst work on tempo and let yourself be an athlete.. Jst my 2 cents! Keep up the good stuff
Everything shown here happens automatically if you imagine a hovering ball just above knee height that you have to smack as hard as you can with your right hand, so that it gets driven into the ground a few feet in front of you :)
Let’s go

LETS GOOO
I’m too old for that kind of swing 😂. If I do that swing with a lot of side bend I will have a bad back for sure at the end of the round
El do!
Is dana going to put you on the GASP plates?
At 6:21 your left wrist is cupped and open.. this causes your club to hit turf before ball and to scoop it into the air.. okay for flops but you will never hit any of your irons or fairway woods ball first and crisply.. weird that Dana's okay with this .. primary thing you should fix esp after all your scoopy fat shots during your round of 87
That is the longest 10 feet I have ever seen. 😂😂😂 Every time Dana ask you to swing slow and you smash it. I laugh😂

I've tried this but you really have to grind to get into those positions man. Don't try it if you're not fit like Jerome or willing to put in the work. I wasn't and I haven't been able to achieve that rotational or pushing feeling where your hips just open up naturally.

Not your fault. Some of the instructions are inconsistent and unclear. But I will leave it as that as I will most certainly get flak for saying so .. 😅 For the rotational feel, I can give a drill that has helped me. You can also see on the Tour, some pros will do practise swings with an outside to in motion, why? Coz you want the same feel after impact of the outside to in swing .. here is the drill for the out to in swing .. Suppose your address, backswing action and takeaway is correct, now we want to first takeaway the club on the outside of the ball line to the top. At the top of the swing, you will feel that the turn is incomplete. As you swing down, your club is coming in from out to in. To hit the ball, you will need to keep your left hip back and swing the club in and then up. This outside in swing will should produce a ball flight that starts left .. that is what you want. But more importantly, you want the feel of what your left hip is doing and how your arms should fold after impact. Do this drill slowly first and at impact, we want the clubface to face the target too. Once you can hit the ball left with this out to in swing, all you need to do is to practise by adding more turn on the backswing and keeping the same feel after impact. You will see your ball flight becoming straighter. See if this out to in swing will help you coz it is one drill that has helped me tremendously. Your ball contact will also be better coz there is less sway and less spine tilt .. Btw, if your ball fades back to the centre, you can certainly also play with this outside to in swing too .. 😃
I'm waiting for "Scratch to Scratch" to pop up on netflix
I know you are young but if you're going to make a video about using ground forces you should use King Jack as example...edit PS great video
When are you going to do a workout video again it's been a while
You are starting to "Ingrain" your swing correctly.
I feel like I owe Dana some money 😁
you have to stop stomping every ball into the ground. just move it to its spot with your club

😂😂 it drives me nuts everytime he does that
Great job Jerome! I've been a fan since day one and I'm rooting for you. Now you have to take that to the course. I know you practice a lot and that's awesome, but you don't seem to take your skills to the course. In your on-course videos, you don't seem to take your play seriously. You are too loosie /Goosy. You rush every thing, you want to narrate every single second and don't take your time aiming, or even taking meaningful practice swings and you wind up aiming right of your target most of the time. I've yet to see you stand behind the ball to pick a target line. Stop guessing whether you are going to swing, 70, 80, 90%. Learn stock yardages for all your clubs and play those yardages. Pick a percentage (75, 80, 85%) that will get you a balanced swing and swing that way for all your full shots, until you get inside of 100 yards when then you have to use your short game skills. Anyways, I enjoy your videos, and again, I'm rooting for you. Good luck!

Super awesome work with the swing... dana is awesome. But my man you have got to stop worrying about things that arent relevant to what he has working on... when you do that your game will jump... you have to find a great teacher..which you did..no you have to be a great listener...

USD400/hr, listed somewhere online. 😮
love the content but you need to lighten up in these lessons brother
You should feel, like your eyes are directly over the right foot, all the way through the downswing and past impact. If you move the eyes to the ball, just a fraction approaching impact, see how it closes the face. You aren't striking the inside of the golf ball anymore. Watch top ball strikers, they are always looking back and down at impact, not forward. Hope this helps 😊
My gf won’t be happy when I ask her to stand behind me at the range now
