Heyy ! I am actually facing difficulties in identifying the battery of the device now it mentions in the description book that the product needs to be charged when it shows the red light and it is understood but as soon as I attached it with charger after 5 minutes it shows the green light with empty boxes which is really confusing because in the book it is clearly stated that it takes 3 hours to charge and shows green light when it is charged completely I don't want to ruin the device. Please clarify

Heyyy so green colour empty box means it should still charge, charge it for more time that time green colour battery box with 3 lines will appear

Its cost is too much not so affordable can you find any replace for that plsss...and yess you won a new subscriber

Heyyy thanks means a lot. I tried searching alternative but unfortunately there is no such brand or anyother option. May be that’s why they have kept it that expensive as they have no competitors 🥲

I bought it but I have problem regarding its charging indicator .....how would I know if it's charged or not because as soon as I put it on charge it's shows green indicator with a battery sign ......How would I exactly know is it charge or not ??

If its green with three lines of battery then its charged completely, if the battery is drained out then the colour turns red

I was looking for solution for my split ends.i have too much of spilt ends on my hair.yes as you told it's not worth buying for trimming splits ends once/twice in a year.we can approach salon because price of this product is not affordable.by the way i liked this video as the way you speak is very fluent and explained about the product very well genuinely.keep it up.all the best❤
