Heyy ! I am actually facing difficulties in identifying the battery of the device now it mentions in the description book that the product needs to be charged when it shows the red light and it is understood but as soon as I attached it with charger after 5 minutes it shows the green light with empty boxes which is really confusing because in the book it is clearly stated that it takes 3 hours to charge and shows green light when it is charged completely I don't want to ruin the device. Please clarify
