I Tried to Re-LEARN FLIPS on the Ground

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

A vlog style video going through my savage morning routine and then trying to build back up the confidence to re-learn flips on the ground. Also, just freestyling in the gym and a full day of eating "meat and fruit"!

It was cool watching you tricking and breaking even if you weren’t necessarily proud of your performance. You’re right that the lack of practice really hurts that but with the amount of different workouts you do for science and for us viewers it’s amazing that you can even stay as consistent and self aware as you do! Keep it up! (but u gotta stay focused)

A hack with the nano is to get a really small cord then use wireless headphones w/ removable cord or regular headphones w/removable cord then attach nano to the the headphones with velrco or double sided tape. It feels like wireless headphones without the high levels of EMF. Only works with on ear or over ear headphones though so better for lifting not flips.

Hey, I watched a nutrition science podcast recently, apparently you can avoid insulin spikes by drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water before a meal or eat your fiber first (veggies/salad) and then whatever you like right after. Maybe worth trying. Aloha

Feeling dizzy doing flips. Did you add inverted dead hangs (from your knees) to your your pull up bar routine? Like you said you did with normal dead hangs. I suggested it when you ask for recommendations in that other video. It only adds probably a minute or so. If you have actually been doing it though and you still got dizzy re-learning flips, that would be great to know also. I can't do flips yet but I'm hoping the inverted hanging is preparing me for it. Enjoyed the vlog style video. 👍

Get soundcore liberty 3 ear buds about $90 Iv used 10 different brands of headphones, including a $500 pair. 90% of earbuds claim to have bass and I notice usually something near 0 bass. The bass and clarity is unmatched. And all you have to do is touch the ear buds if you want to change songs etc... No need to hold onto any device while working out. GL

Feels like the reason we use carbs is cause our body is likely to prioritize those for nutrition and thus they are anti catabolic. Additionally including fats with the carbs as well as protein is much more likely to reduce teh insulin spike

You can also lower insulin spikes by the order in which you eat your food. Usually start with high fiber, then your proteins/fats, then end with carbs. So instead of going 0 carbs to break your fast, changing the order in eating your meal will decrease an insulin spike while also keeping you full longer. You'd probably like reading the book: Glucose Revolution by Jessie Inchauspé
