In terms of water starters in this game, I honestly think froakie in the best after you hatch one or two froakie eggs. Battle Bond greninja clears mostly everything with water shuriken. Oh and there's adaptability as a passive if you take the time to grind 40 candies

Leaving pelliper was actually a lifesaver because rain makes some low-accuracy electric attacks impossible to miss

Gyarados hard carried my team when I beat classic mode. He dragon danced all over the Champion's first pokemon then annihilated everything in his path.

I would love ghost only pokerogue run.

Quaquavel carried till early 100s and gyarados carried till late 100s, match made in heaven

I see Ivy as the rival KZreadrs have the most of, and I have Finn as my rival. Finn is the BOSS FIGHT for every last time I encounter him! I know his starter's typing, I know his team, and I STILL lose because of his INSANE AI Also, you can give a Rare Candy to a pokemon with the max level, and it will give them an extra level anyways.

Now you've introduced more people to pokerogue the servers are probably gonna start having problems again

A few weeks ago I beat the game only using a team of one costing pokemon which I even gotten unlucky as to not get mega beedrill

With the first Misty fight, I think that’s a problem with Pokerogue’s ai, since I’ve had battles like that where they’ll switch way too much and one Pokémon sets up and sweeps.

Fun hint, get a pokemon with soak to turn boss pokemon into water type, then use an electric type to sweep
