Two things: 1) Skin tone, you can put a wig, glasses, different coloured mask, etc...your skin tone will always be the name. Can't you change the face's skin tone with make up? 2) Your mannerisms, the way you sit down on a chair. The way you grab a cup of coffee (or whatever you drink). The way you lean back on a chair. The way you open a door. The way you take out your phone from your purse or pocket. Anyone that's known you for a few years will recognize that. 3) Odour, if you wear perfume, or use shampoo/soap with fragrance. People will recognize you.
