Fun fact: Japanese workers commute by train has special ability where they can sleep exactly the length of their route. meaning they will wake up at their home station. And as you know it's common sight to see people in proper suits completely passed out in public not worrying if someone would steal something, shows how safe it is and at the same time how abnormally long the working hours are. yes, I'm one of them, although I'm not native but it shows it is possible to acquire that ability afterward.

Such an important topic - I struggle with slowing down as well and lately my body has to essentially shut down for me to even consider a nap. As a perpetually sleepy individual, stumbling upon this video was an unexpected delight. With droopy eyes and a mind half-submerged in the realm of dreams, I reluctantly pressed play, hoping to find solace in the soothing glow of the screen. However, what unfolded before me was far from a lullaby. It was a captivating masterpiece that jolted my drowsy senses awake. The visuals danced with vibrant hues, entwining with a symphony of sound that reverberated through my weary bones. Each frame seemed to whisper secrets that only the awakened could decipher. My drowsiness dissipated, replaced by a surge of energy as I marveled at the intricate details and the seamless fusion of art and technology. This video, amidst my constant battle with sleep, managed to awaken my senses and remind me that there is a world of beauty and inspiration that transcends the confines of fatigue

Maybe you need to get more sleep. Regularly sleeping less than 6-7 hours is literally dangerous. And sleeping only 4 hours leaves your brain running as if it was legally drunk.
@tutacat

Some people can't remember if or how many times they wake up during the night, and waking up at a fixed time means every hour later going to sleep is worse, plus you can't fully sleep off lost sleep after that day. There are also things a doctor can help you with to get more sleep (not sleep drugs) and if you are older, or defficient, a doctor may prescribe melatonin (melatonin is not an sleep drug, but an indicator to the sleep areas of the brain).

Hi
I like How Ryan says his jokes Then realises How awkward they were and its just an awkward silence 😂
The guy who gave you the energy drink is so kind, Japanese people are just unreasonably kind.
Bro that man when he went like✌🏽got me dying😂😂
7:48 HILARIOUS ACTUALLY
i love how ryan went to all those nice, fancy sleeping pods and the only place he ended up napping was out in public surrounded by strangers ☠️
The guy who gave you the drink at the end made me tear up. Such kindness does not seem to exist where I am.
The man who gave you energy was a hero
my day is the best when ryan uploads

Hello
Hes so nice he saw you nap and gave you a energy drink
I love your videos
I wish for the best for the man at 10:24
Such an important topic - I struggle with slowing down as well and lately my body has to essentially shut down for me to even consider a nap. Always being busy and productive until you’re drained isn’t a great thing; recharging and being able to be present fully is the best thing for yourself and others - thank you Ryan!
ryan your the best
Best emoji of all time 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
7:44 That was actually a good one
I love how you can tell how much fun he’s having. Watching this man walk around Japan was so enjoyable, he has such good energy
frankly buzzin
energy drink human at the end actual goat
I once fell asleep on the commute back to my hostel on a Japanese train. I was apparently on the last train of the night and it ended at my station. The worker on the train was so kind and woke me up. I was completely safe.

I miss the crossing America series. It was so good and comforting to know that every day I could come home from school and see a new episode of a great series. Maybe you should make a another one where you cross a different country? Please?

That napping posture is adorable and so goofy looking. Also i love that the free public bench was where he actually napped.
Love his reaction when he was on the toilet
I recommend sleeping in moving cars while listening to music I sleep really good to loud music and motion
I love that when he makes jokes that are obviously cheesy and weird he leaves in his embarrassment and silence. So damn funny

Been here for around 3-4 years with you and it’s been wonderful I’m so happy to watch you grow even bigger Ryan. You’ve always made my day and made me smile in my darkest time. Thank you
That transition was insane
That vending machine scene reminds of when SpongeBob was trying to catch the bus and it kept taking off 😂
The outfit at the beginning, the McDonald’s trip, and the google maps voice blaring over the audio is so nostalgic of last year, bring the series back❤
The fact that you were in japan and riding the train I take everyday and literally were so close to me is like ahhhhh!!! Lots of support from Japan! Love you man!
