As I watch more Ryan's videos, I gettin pretty sure he loves everything, brother never complain about something.

Interestingly enough, a lot of research papers concluded that you can actually feel worse as a result of obsessing over the numbers/scores of your sleep. Participants who did get good sleep who were given a bad sleep rating actually manifested the effects of bad sleep, because the brain gets tricked like that. It's often best to rate your sleep with how you feel after waking up. Just wanted to unleash that random fact lol.

Drinking coffee right before bed might not help you get your sleep but also just flying around nonstop to test the sleep-pods I would have suggested that you adjusted to not being on us time before trying the other sleep-pods

I'm swiss and when Ryan just randomly met Nemo I was so surprised, didn't expect that to happen. It's midnight and I almost fell off my chair

The more I watch Ryan’s videos the more I love them. Such amazing storytelling. Such a fun wholesome guy. Ryan can literally turn any subject matter into a story that I’m emotionally connected to. Ryan you have a true gift. If you ever move on from KZread I hope it’s because you’re moving on to make documentaries or movies because your storytelling is just out of this world.

Ryan, love the video! For your sleep quality, maybe don’t drink coffee an eat right before you go to sleep. No coffee 5 hours and don’t eat 3 hours before sleeping. Hope you sleep well by now

Also important not to go to bed hungry. Some nuts, crackers and cheese, a glass of milk, even sugar-free hot chocolate are all good and wont disrupt your sleep much

I came to the comments to mention that coffee before bed is never a way to get good sleep. Caffeine half-life in our bodies is much longer than people understand

Maybe also more than 5 hours, if the insomnia is very bad you should just avoid coffee after 12pm
