I knew someone that worked at the Runza Ryan went to in this video. I showed them the video and they were very happy to see some familiar faces and see Ryan was happy with the food. Everyone there tries their best to make everyone happy, but there will be mistakes. Our advice is that please be patient and nice to food workers no matter what establishment it is. At the end of the day, they're people that are trying to make a living.

The main thing is, especially with fast food places, those placescan have 1000s of customers that ordered and got their food and wont write a review, because that´s the expected outcome. The people that are more likely to put a review are of course the people that either had a bad experience, or are difficult customers. We only know one side of the story. Like the person complaining about employees being on their, maybe it was 1 employee and there was actually a valid reason for it. Person that complained about no ice, maybe there was an issue with the machine, it was a bad moment of the day etc. No matter how good a company runs, there will always be a moment were something goes wrong.

We used to have several fazoli's in the DFW area, and at least the one I used to go to in Bedford and I think there was one on rufe Snow in North Richland hills or watauga, both of them had drive-thrus. Both locations are long gone now. And I'm so sad.

I don't normally watch big name KZreadrs but I thoroughly enjoy Ryan's 1 star review videos. My life has not been going well lately and I've been in a pretty dark place. Oh my word… I instantly recognized that Fazoli’s and I knew EXACTLY why it was on this list. I have door dashed from that Fazoli’s several times and it’s always an insane wait time, the drive thru is always slow or closed, and the staff is rude, too. dude I legit been to that Cos Mc's I can say never got to eat it because it just opened and the line was holding up traffic so we left and went to a restaurant lol

I love how the Mc Donald’s was as new as ever, like it was clear it had an expensive reno if not an entire rebuild, yet the road is horrific. Corporate could afford a new building but they left the sidewalk and road looking like bad.
