This is what happened when you tried Amla oil on your hair everyday for 7 days. This is what I found out: there is a massive improvement in the texture of my hair since I've been using amla oil which I haven’t experienced from other treatments. My hair feels fuller, very strong, kind of unbreakable. It is also true that amla oil adds tons of shine and extra softness to the hair thanks to the vitamin c and it makes my hair very dark. So I think anyone that struggles with weak, brittle and split ends should give amla oil a try. You can use it everyday, twice a week or as an overnight treatment.
This was my amla oil routine everyday:
Warm up one pump of pure amla oil, then detangle hair, apply warm oil on scalp and hair, follow with a 5 minute scalp massage, then do a protective hairstyle and at night cover with a silk cap or keep hair in a loose braid. Then repeat this oiling routine again for the next 7 days.

Yes this is the 2nd time I've heard that Amla oil causes hair loss, so as I suffer from hair loss already I am cautious about using Amla oil. But I guess I could try just once or twice a week as you suggested. So thank you for your advice

Love your videos and your personality! ❤️ Also, I read it somewhere that it's not right to not wash your hair for a long period of time, specially with oil. Oil attracts dirt and builds up bacteria on your scalp that you can't see with bare eyes. And hence the hair roots become weak and fall out more than usual.

Hi, washing after longer days will end up making your hair thin. Please take care while doing these 7 days challenges as they are not healthy. You can do this 7 times a month and post results but please don't do it continuously for 7 days. Love you 😘

@thats_mo... This amla oil doesn't contain mineral oil, well I think. But in general a cold pressed amla oil doesn't have mineral in. I use pure amla oil every other day

In india dabur Amla oil is really famous for haircare and I know the smell of this oil is discuting but this really work great for are hair BTW I am from india lots of love from India 🇮🇳

Well it depends on what are the needs of my hair during an specific time. So far flaxseeds, rice water, avocado, argan, castor and now amla oil are my top favorite 😊❤️ hugs
