HAIRCARE MISTAKES THAT WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR! | How to grow long healthy hair
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Knowing how to take care of our hair daily is one of those things that might seem so simple but most of the time we still make mistakes that can cause damage to our hair so in this video I’m gonna show you the hair care mistakes, how to fix them so that you know how to care for your hair better. Main hair care mistakes I have done are: brushing hair with dirty brushes, leaving oils for longer periods of time, sleeping with wet hair, air drying hair roughly, using rubber bands on my hair, showering without a hair cover, conditioning the roots. I hope you learn and avoid these common hair care mistakes so that you can grow long healthy hair ❤️ #hairgrowth

I do all of these except number 4, I’m surprised I still have hair 😆
I started using lityleextra reactivate serum for hair growth which has rosemary because my hair was rapidly falling out because of stress and such. I was only looking for anything to try, and this had been recommended, therefore I went for it. Within a few days, I noticed significantly less hair loss when I brush my hair. I also spotted where I initiated getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It did irritate my skin slightly right on the forehead hairline, so I use a band to avoid it from running down while also preserving the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and has not returned, thus if your skin is sensitive or just to be careful, I suggest a hairband to prevent it from running down to your skin. On the whole, I'm so pleased with this serum and can continue to use.

I am impressed. Not just the reactivate hair growth serum did restore the strength of my hair, but it also stimulated new growth where there was experiencing hair thinning.
My aunt was a beautician for years she taught me 57 years ago to never use a brush at all in your hair use a wide toothed comb. Also get the tangles out with your fingers not a brush or comb before you wash and when hair is dry

I have improved my hair by following these: Including more and more vitaminC in form of orange, lemon, and kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise at least 20 - 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good to control hair fall.
My hair became better as I’ve followed your old tips and new tips, it’s so healthy again, Dorothy you are my hair life saver and my comfort person. Love you 💜💕

I have watched a ton of these and this is the first time the brush washing is mentioned!!! I love that since I was always looking for good ways to clean them. Thanks!! :)
I’ve been needing to clean my brushes but I’ve been procrastinating thank you for the motivation 😅
I just discovered your content and my hair is brown, thick, wavy, and gets knotted VERY easily, there are so many things I do that now I realise I shouldn’t. Two examples are the conditioner shouldn’t go on your scalp. Like I didn’t know that! And that’s why my hair looks more greasy. Another one is the brush one. I had no idea that I should wash it because of all that. Now I will start doing that all the time. I am going to follow you and hopefully I will see some changes. Even if it’s a small change I’ll be happy! Tysm for these tips! I will edit this in a few months if I can and report back!
very under-rated point about wet hair getting damaged easier - i never knew that till years later into my teenage time.
I think you are one of the only KZreadrs I’ve seen to recommend only taking biotin if you’ve been tested and shown to be deficient. Thank you! The mg of some of these biotin supplements are very high (e.g., the pill is 8,333% daily intake). I’ve read those overly high levels can be detrimental to your health.

Thank you for these tips especially the proper way to clean our hair tools. I used it and needless to say my brushes were filthy! All this time i thought i was cleaning them 🙄lol. No more dirty hair brushes for me. Thanks Doro!! 😊
I loved this video! I have been growing my hair out for several years. And I have finally dialed in how to keep my length and add to it. Hair oil has been the last key ingredient to the formula. While I agree that applying it to your roots and scalp can be bad. I have experienced proof that it is necessary to apply it to your tips only. The hair at your tips (also referred to as ends) is the driest part of your hair. So, adding that extra intense moisture keeps the ends from breaking off or splitting. Thus keeping your length.
Thanks to your wonderful tips, Now my hair growing healthy 😍❤ After I watched your previous hair care video I used a scalp massager. It helps me get rid of dandruff😊 thank you so much doro for sharing these great hair care tips with us . Much love💞😘

The best solution for the steam problem is taking cold shower or not above 25°C (or 77°F) , it's better for your skin in general + it's more cost efficient as there no to little need to warm the water. You get used to it faster than you think, it's just a matter of will
That was so informative, interesting as well as entertaining!.. Good job!.. I was currently making those very mistakes on my fine hair .
Watching your videos and already implemented one, will implement another while washing hair tomorrow...my hair fall is on another level rn so i really wish your tricks to work sooooner than expected...Thank You for all the knowledge ❤

Thank you! Great tips. I thought I was helping my hair soak up and hold in moisture by putting it in a bun wet straight out of the shower... Oof. Sounds like I was doing the opposite... Stretching it, thinning it, weakening it. Now I know why it is the way it is!

Girl all that good. I only have tangle teezers so no natural bristles. I remove the hair and I literally spray them with oven cleaner, then after 10 15 min rinse and then scrub them squeaky clean with bathroom cleaner with a brush. Removes all oils, products , staines from hair dye. Turns out like new.
