Thank you for backing up facts by science like saying that people that don't sleep as much are just used to the negative habits - that really opened my eyes. And, of course, thank you for the best motivation ever, I'm ready to start studying and organising myself now :)

Now this comment made me realize something too. I've been driving my force to get better. It happened 3 times now for the past. I would exercise, feel my best, then something happens and I come back down for the next few months, then again I wanna turn my life around, try to change my lifestyle, exercise, the same thing happens and I come back down for the next 3 months. Then again... but now that I think about it, I just never got used to my new lifestyle and habits and never learned to adapt to it cuz im so used to my negative habits. I tried to change my mental habits as well as I've been struggling with depression for 3 years since pandemic, but it seems pretty hard, and I keep thinking I need a therapist to help me get out the negative things and emotions I've kept hidden within my mental barrier to protect myself. Now I realize how much I've been sustaining myself. I never grew comfortable with me. No matter how much I tried, there's always a problem because I was too afraid to confront it, being scared I would fall back down into a depressive hole and stay there for a nother few months.

Idk who needs to hear this, but since this is an inspirational video, I’ll share the quote that I think of whenever I’m down. This is the quote that keeps me going. I live across the country from my family, and whenever I’m in that period of funk where I just feel like I can’t, I remember this. “For every tear that falls to the ground, there is water for a flower to grow. You will feel empty, unmotivated, tired, sad, and alone. But remember, when you open your eyes, you will be in a bed of flowers.”

on the sleep deprivation thing, before i was disgnosed with adhd i became almost "addicted" to the adrenaline high of being sleep deprived. So when you mentioned consistently undersleeping makes u perform as if you were under influence, makes that addiction make more sense

I love how real you are in this video. There is nothing wrong with missing a few tasks because your schedule get mixed up. And I love that you provide information about the habits. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and can’t brush my teeth twice a day or even once a day, very rare when I can’t at all. Some days I just wake up late and don’t feel like it and just stay in bed and I let myself stay in bed bc my body is telling me I need it. I need a mix of both productivity and relaxation, whatever the relaxation is. Some days that’s laying in bed on my phone. Other days, that means eating unhealthily. When I try to force myself to not do “unhealthy habits” I can’t actually relax bc I feel guilty for doing it, but overwhelmed trying to be productive. All I have to say is don’t let yourself go but don’t think of unhealthy habits as only bad.

This is my first video I watched by you. I just wanted to say thank you. I love how real you are about your lack of perfection. Sometimes I get a lot of anxiety trying to figure out which tips or advice are actually going to be helpful or which pieces of advice are “correct” and which ones are just being fed to me through the media. It can be hard to decipher truly… this helped me realize that research and experimentation and customization are the things that are going to help me most with that. Thank you so much. honestly, these habits and following them daily takes so much motivation so well done. I personally printed out a checklist so I tick them off as I complete them. Definitely see an improvement in my mood and attitude towards work and overall wellbeing and energy.

this video was the first one that popped up when i searched "motivating lifestyles" lol. I've gotten to the point where i stay up till 2 and wake up at 11, then scroll on my phone all day. Sometimes I don't even feel like showering. But this video made me realize taking care of myself can be fun! I just want to thank you. For encouraging others to live a healthier lifestyle!❤❤

i've been procrastinating for such a long time now, ever since i started college which was almost 2 years ago now. i've been in a really bad place and even tho it's summer, i have to study a lot because i have 4 more exams to finish next month (the education system here is a bit different so we don't have to finish all our exams at the end of the second semester). i woke up today feeling like doing absolutely nothing and feeling bad overall. your video actually gave me motivation to start all over again and to try to incorporate these small habits first just to feel better. thank you, i really love seeing that you uploaded something new. keep up with the good work!! sending hugs

I love your perspective on things! I’m a person who usually only gets 4-6 hours sleep every night. I’m a wife, mother of three, have a part-time job, a full-time student, and try to fit in self-care and chores in where I can. I have been noticing lately my (unnecessary) need to compete with other people when they talk about how tired they are. I’ve been noticing this in myself and will need to tell myself that it’s not a competition for being tired or how little sleep someone can get to still be productive. I can still get a decent amount of sleep if I’m intentional about how I spend my time ❤ thank you for acknowledging that it is a real phenomenon that people sometimes experience.
