yes i fill like it shod be added at this point i meen there is littly a mod that adds like 10 difint tipes of Quicksand called more fun with Quicksand sadly it is only 1.7

First of all, I have no idea how one even begins to do anything with command blocks. So props to you. Second of all. It seems like it wouldn't be that bad to add into the actual game. It could be sort of like powered snow. Third of all. I love you videos so keep it up!

Nice video! When I first saw the falling block trick (Void House) I made a very primitive version of this, I just put cobwebs in the same block as a falling block. Interesting to see the way you made it deadly though.

This quicksand is very cool and it is a great video overall! One thing though, instead of making an area affect cloud of slow falling at the top, would it be better to make one of levitation 250-254? These levels make a more customizable type of slow falling and it can make you fall slower than what slow falling offers. You could also put a powdered snow at the bottom and retexture the hearts and the overlay to make a more quick-sand-themed way of dying.

the slowness glitch actually kinda makes since, due to if you move around in quicksand alot you sink more

Hey, love your videos, I'm yet to watch this one but i do have an idea on how you could make quicksand. as the sand you have a falling block entity with a sand texture and I also found out that high levels of levitation makes you hover meaning you cant jump. to trigger it have a command block running a command block on repeat that gives you the levitation effect for 1 second when 0 blocks away from the falling block entity (meaning your in it). Keep up the great work and I'm going to enjoy this amazing video.

Honestly and truly I kinds thought you were annoying the first time I was exposed to your shenanigans, but that was by no fault of yours. The video was playing automatically because KZread was being KZread, and I was more annoyed at that than anything else. Couple weeks passed and I decided to give you a fair look. My dude. You are a devious crafty little gremlin and I am 100% here for it. This was perfection. The process. The product. The prankage. The contempt in Eret's eyes as he stared at you as he slowly sank through your quicksand. The insanity of wolfei's cactus climb! Keep it up. Get that million subs.

I was literally thinking about making quicksand the other day! Love your videos, your so cool!

And once again, Mysticat has exceeded all of our expectations in a simple five minute video. Keep being awesome! I was thinking of drawing some fanart, but I'm horrible at drawing lol.

I would love to see someone make a mod with loads of mysticat’s ideas. Like where quicksand is in deserts in natural world generation, and there are castles with mysti’s gates

technically you could re-texture powder snow and it's freezing screen thing and this would be so much easier

There's a way to make it even better. Retexture powdered snow, and take away the freezing particles.

Any levitation value above 127 will pull you down. If you set it high enough it will pull you down slower than normal, with the highest being 255 that just doesn't move you up or down.

Pretty much, but you can easily move around + break powdered snow, also the biomes they’re in are polar opposites
