I Trained Like "Chris Heria" For 30 Days

Ойын-сауық

For the last 30 days I trained like Chris Heria. Chris has hundreds of videos on youtube sharing the workout routines he follows to get fit. I wanted to see if I worked out like him, would I get similar body results as him? A long with the workout routines I also changed my diet and started eating high protein and eliminated all processed junk food. The workout routines that Chris made are not easy to complete to say the least. But I made it through the 30 days and I hope you guys find value in this video, or entertainment at the very least.

Kamya sain First thing. Get your sentences structured right. Now second thing, if he was just "trying to get views" tell me why did Chris Heria pull out his video on clout chasers. Let me answer it for you: Chris Heria knows HIMSELF that he messed up. That's why he pulled the video. "Just for views". Why did the channel "Every Damn Day fitness", who talks about drama in the fitness industry support Austins video despite him being(past tense) friends with Heria. Kid, look at the facts and stop following heria blindly. If you don't realise this, there ain't much in that head of yours.

Mike O'Brien Well as is I don’t sweat that much when working out upper body, the only time you see me sweat is when doing legs because I hate doing them. But specifically in this video, I was taking much longer rest times between sets and exercises because I had to reset up my camera every exercise to get different angles. its not easy to get a good workout in when you gotta worry about whether the angle or exposure on the camera is good. I also workout shirtless and outside so my body stays relatively cool. Or what I would do a lot for this video is record myself doing the exercises first and then do the actual full workout after. Makes it way easier

Just watch Greg doucette’s video on him he explains a lot of flaws with his workouts and why they aren’t good for beginners. For example in one of his workouts he shows a handstand pushup, which virtually no beginner can do unless they were a professional in the past. Chris heria is just another guy who is ripped and yet shows shitty workout information. People just believe him because “omg he looks so amazing if I follow his plan I’ll look just like him” but no thats not the case he isn’t a professional he is just a good looking guy who tricks you into liking him/his brand. He is just like v-shred, Chris in every video pretty much try’s to sell you a fucking weighted vest wtf is that? Why would you need his 30 dollar or whatever vest. Anyway sorry for ranting but you should check out Greg doucette’s critique video. He is an actual professional bodybuilder as he has been doing it for about 20 years now. Below is the video Greg made about chris kzread.info/dash/bejne/rGSZy9ean7yyiJM.html

@@holyswordofex-yungmen50yea3 nonnonononononononono, trying not to be overly dramatic or anything but Chris Heria is a bad person who does not give people the accurate information they need to make gains efficiently past beginner to possibly intermediate. He promotes unsafe training methods that do not allow time for proper recovery (the part where gains are actually made) and increase the likelihood of injury, aggression and a decline in motivation as a result of overtraining. Being tired after a workout isn't necessarily an accurate determinant of the effectiveness of a workout. That isn't to say that it isn't a good one it is just that Heria seems to emphasise it more than most. It is in my opinion, so not absolute fact however there are many signs to support my hypothesis, that Chris Heria is not natural and it is through this that he can provide motivation for many athletes however, he does promote an unattainable goal naturally which is further emphasised by his use of anecdotal evidence to 'support' his inaccurate claims that spit in the face of science. What works for him will not work for everyone. I would wish you well on your journey through fitness but offer you more guidance as to which KZreadrs to follow and would suggest looking into the likes of Athlean X, FitnessFAQs and CalisthenicsMovement. Should you think my claims unjust or wish for more information feel free to ask though much of what I have said can be found on many parts of the internet where science is the major factor such as Shredded Sport Science on KZread just to name one who summarises their points clearly and in an easy way to digest that is simultaneously entertaining. Chris Heria has left comments on his videos before that aid in demonstrating his arrogance and toxicity.

Christian K Dude is natural people just discredit others hard work because they don’t work as hard as them and see the same results.

@@kawecksshenanigans8010 I don't doubt his naturalness anymore. I don't discredit his physique either and hard work. What I do discredit is his intellect and his ability to provide for fitness enthusiasts or those who want to get the same results as him as what he does will not work for everyone and from what I have seen from him, even though I used to be a fan of him for motivational reasons I can clearly see that a lot of what he says is absolute nonsense
