Chris is just so cool. He's inspired me so much to work out. The expression on Brandon's face was hilarious when Chris did the planche push-ups.

Chris is just so fucking insanely fit it's hard for me to comprehend and understand how he can train so hard without getting injured. My shoulders start ripping just from watching these movements lol
3:10 no matter how long you’ve been training, planche always looks unreal 💪

@@axios7603 Yep. Calisthenics develop some insane core strength. Also Brandon doesn't have the best technique neither he knew where to target his punch to do damage. You have to punch between the abs and the chest, not the abs

You should aim to do 100 a day bare minimum. If you can have 1 min between sets of 20 you'll feel the difference
