I also had a friend like that in school. I started working out and he had never been to a gym. I brought him along for a free trial and he maxed out every machine at 16 y/o. He didn't have the greatest strength endurance but some unfathomable max strength, like a gift from god. Also, his muscles (though not looking developed at all in normal condition) contracted like hell when he lifted, like they went from barely visable to ultra-articulated in an instance, like rock hard. Never seen anything like it.

Lol Romark trolling with the CrossFit. For those who don’t know he trained with Odd for years alongside Martins Licis. Just recently Romark picked up the Dinnie stones. That dude is a beast. Odd is a legend and I remember meeting him at a strongman show I did. Shaking his hand was was like shaking hands with a baseball glove.

Is truck driving hard work? It's just sitting and holding the wheel all day, the hard part is just the endurance it takes and having to keep yourself awake through fatique and insomnia. Don't get me wrong, it takes a toll on you and is stressful, my hat get offs to those people, they are vital for our economy, but how is it hard physical work?
