LA. I have an idea
If I've learned anything from watching Shervin for years is biohacking is pointless if you don't have consistency. Consistent exercise, healthy diet, and sleep is literally all you need. Great vid man as always!

Unfortunately, there’s this myth that in order to be healthy, you can never eat ice cream. This is why people avoid changing their diets (noun, not verb).

Jonne early in the comments! love it - thank you!!
The fact that you struggle to be consistent with your diet makes this more relatable for me. Like when you said I’m just a regular guy. Yet you are killing it! I wish you the best with your goals of building your channel and running the marathon.
Such a good video. Honestly cool to see that even doing the most optimized program for 60 days doesn’t guarantee results. No matter how much money you spend, consistency is really the key.
One of my favorite videos you’ve ever put out!
Like the video and I appreciate your honesty in being a regular guy and not bullshitting when life gets tough go stay in tip top shape
Well done Sherwin.Keep up the great momentum and dedication to your continued health journey and its learnings to oneself and to others.

Love love the realness of the video! First video I’ve seen from a KZreadr of this kind. Authentic. Scratch the marathons too. You’re built to beat up a Spartan race. 25k
Great content! It is a journey. Keep up the fight.
Thank you for the motivation
You are so honest, bro. Loved that. Could not expect this from other "health" KZreadrs.
Awesome video. Like others have stated, sleep, exercise, and diet. That’s all one needs to focus on.
'who's going to look after Shervin'? 'my mum' wonderful! Great video thanks. I could never afford this level of input. But its great to see that they basically focus on the basics.
Did i just watch an ad for Stark? Yes! Was it interesting? Mostly. Is it ethical to just post ads as content? No!
Love your videos man. I'm pretty sure we grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same high school lol
Just found your channel love it
I really appreciate how honest and open you are about your fitness/health journey. The company you worked with seemed very put together, but I do feel like they were throwing way too much at you at once and It left you feeling a bit overwhelmed, same happens to me when I try and make a bunch of changes too quickly. Maybe if they would have introduced training, sleep hygiene, mindset and nutrition one at a time you would have been able to implement everything easier.
Nice to see a real honest video :)
daaaaamn, that reality check of "who is going to take care of Shervin ?", hit kinda hard for me. wishing you nothing but the best, and great health. another great video.., though
all of this looks fun

lol true. But luckily for us peasants a lot of it was either common sense (have consistent exerce, healthy diet, sleep) or bordering on pseudo-science (that food sensitivity test looked like an IgE test, which just shows what you've eaten, not any real sensitivities) or at least not really necessary (the IVs were kind of blanket vitamins like "vitamin C is good for everyone/against inflammation", some of the supplements too like "DHA is good for brain health" - in the end you can get both from diet).
What cutting software do you use? And finally, your mustache is back yay.❤❤❤❤ Greetings from Germany

Feet for premium members only was so funny. I love his videos. I hope he's not letting his parents down anymore lol.
In my experience when one of sleep, diet or exercise falls over, the rest also breaks. I was just about in my best shape ever, but have a 2 month old now which means a decline in sleep quality. That also means I have less will power for eating well, etc.
I want to grow up to be Shervin 💪

Expensive but it sounds like they keep you on your toes (literally). A few observations based on your reports upp your omega 3s! If you take a gram of omega3 from fish oil in the morning and a gram at night you could probably double your omega 3 blood level. Also I can't recommend a low carb diet enough! If you increase your animal / fish protein you are really killing multiple birds with one stone more protein, lower insulin, more b vitamins omega 3s taurine coq10 etc that they want you to supplement would just be coming from the more bioavailable whole foods. Anyways thank you for being so open and sharing your training! Here's to the next one

I'd love to see Dr Mike do a review of this review. A lot of the exercises look a little pointless.
Love the editing, however, it's beyond me that someone would fly between NYC and LA several times (causing tons of CO2) just for a fitness video that concludes that healthy sleep, nutrition and exercise are the main pillars of wellbeing.. really hope we start thinking about the emissions of our lifestyle more and at least compensate a little bit.

Stark: "Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first bionic man. Shervin Shares will be that man." The only drawback; the 'Eleven Thousand Dollar Man' just doesnt have the same ring to it
No orthopedic expert would ever ask about popping or clicking.
Very interesting watch. I really appreciate Shervin’s self experimentation and openness. However, the nutrition counseling he received seemed antagonistic, unnecessarily complicated, some of which seemed unfounded. He seems like he has a good sense of self so hopefully it doesn’t cause any food fears or disordered eating habits.
Is this considered satire comedy? Gives me black mirror Netflix vibes. Well done.

Im all about a capitalist system. This takes someone with money to think that they NEED this and then all those people working there have income. It is too rich for me and at 55 yrs old and have already died once (Widow Maker) its NOT for me. I can focus my money on other health benefits AND have enough left over to enjoy my life without spending my entire day in the gym! It is an interesting concept to better health and who knows by the time my grandchildren are old enough to worry about their health, this will be the mainstream!
