I am not a pro but I am a gk and you can use a version of these that just look like a net on the ground and it deflects so much better and my dives and reactions improved so much

Great video, what we’ve learnt from this is that most of these products are either not very useful or a cheaper alternative can be used

5:02 I could see how it may be useful, even though the ball constantly goes into the air it means you can practice controlling in the air, something you’ll struggle to practice with a wall at times.

the tackle bags are so expensive since they are meant for rugby and other contact sports but people found a way to use them in football

i am also a goalkeeper and i saw a mistake when you were diving. instead of diving backwards you should dive a littile bit to the front so you could actually save the ball instead of just letting it go in
