Truth. I’ve lost count of how many team mates I’ve converted over the years. Once people see the light, it’s a whole new world out there. Football gear is awesome.

Panthergrip Shinpads are amazing. They don't slip at all and are really light but also comfortable.

I always keep a few shirts in different colors in case I sub for a team in the match after mine. Also a ball pump.

For me i train by myself a lot and it's useful because if I want to get my feet warm before a game just set up a few cones and dribble away.

What if I play on artificial grass and concrete? Semi studs boots are good for those right?

Supermarket bag + shoes inside. Done. Rest of the gear / uniform / whatever, is worn to and from the field, most times I'm on turf shoes or flip flops. I should get a proper bag though.

Also, totally agree on having compression shorts, good for preventing injuries, good for tackling as well, nothing worse to have shredded cheeks from sliding on shi**y grass.

for me as a goalkeeper I always bring one or sometimes 2 smaller towels with me. Just because I hate plaing with dirty and wet gloves.

I was watching and i noticed when you shot at the goal you was at my training pitch

always nice to have extras and goodies 😂 but reality i bring bag with 2 cleats, socks, wraps, gloves(winter), straps, balls, pump, jersey, shorts, compression, deodorant and ofc water 💯 but nothin wrong if you bring extras stay ready so you don’t have to get ready 💯

I use a ball as a foam roller and i use dont use football boots for matches with futsal alike pitches so i use cleats for grass

I always just hydrate with water and sometimes use electrolyte beverages but definitely a good water bottle is something I can’t live without

I wish i had the budget to buy all that the only thing i bring is boots and i use the towel my friends have and i wear the same thing after shower
