2 pork knuckles
carrots, onions
2 tbsp salt, bay leaf, pepper

Cook for 3 hours on low heat
1 pepper
salt, smoked paprika
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
Share the bones
You can remove excess fat (optional)
50 ml broth
black pepper
cover with foil
Make 2-3 layers
Add skin and sprinkle with smoked paprika
Pack meat tightly
Distribute peppers
Add broth
refrigerate overnight
