Stop CUTTING Wrongly, an Old School CARPENTER TAUGHT me this
A brilliant idea for cutting pieces of wood that not all carpenters and handymen know about. Tip and trick to cut wood easily.

I watched you use the router on the handle and thought, that's how he lost his finger.... This was a lot of trouble just to cut a straight edge....

I think the pieces came up missing bit by bit.
Genial gracias por compartir, saludos desde México.
TREMENDO TUTORIAL SALUDOS y BENDICIONES GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR 🙏
Excellent! Easy to build, and my circular saw just became precise.
This might not be helpful for some people that already know how to use their tools. As for me, I find this very helpful. I'm not an everyday carpenter, but lately; I have found myself tackling projects I never thought I could do. All my cutting was done the old fashion way. Nonetheless, I have achieved my goals. However; I have to say thank you to this man for all his help, because maybe now; I can do my cuttings this way. I can also use my circular saw which has been collecting dust. Thank you my friend for all your help. I have watched many of your videos, and they're all; very helpful. GOD bless you. I wish you lots of health.
Excelente!!! Sigue compartiendo tus conocimientos. Pulgares arriba.

reminds me of every shop teacher I ever met growing up going to school! Missing at least one finger! You never listened to the safety speeches unless they were missing fingers!
Y liiiisstttooooo!!

Both my grandfather and father were carpenters. Both had amputated fingers!!
A real carpenter can cut a straight line without that garbage jig, and, keep all his fingers. With the lack of safety measures you have, it's no wonder you're missing a finger, surprised it's only one.
Quais as medidas?
can i make a guess as to when you started cutting properly?

His left hand is his vise,
Salut
while you was making the jig I wasthinking between the 2 1"×4"s you was making a "kerf" gap and wàs gonna cut like that but instead you just cut on the end.......,.just take a straight board and clamp it on each end .
Hi Ok

Could have done the same thing in about 30 seconds with a simple speed square.

10 seconds with a speed square but maybe there's a reason to do it this way?
He is missing a finger
This guy is scarey to watch. Not sure how safe his solutions are
looks like he wants his right hand to match his left.
Who wants to take a guess of how you ended up with that nub on your left hand...... Because you were cutting WRONG ? thatd be my guess
Please any young carpenters out there please do not copy this idiots work practices, especially if you want to keep your digits. My advice is follow safe contributors that understand safety first Safety second and safety always.

no kidding eh? wouldent let this guy near tooth pixs
Anyone notice that WE are learning from a person missing a finger, plus some parts of the tips of other fingers.... Perhaps not related to woodworking?
Deu fora de esquadro.
Did you notice his fingers and the missing one? All due to unsafe power tool use. Do not use this video as an example on how to use power tools like routers and saws.
hey zeus kreestoh, everything this guy does is mental. painful to watch. first thing you see is he's missing an index finger and next thing he is holding a small piece to an inverted handheld router, goes on from there like a bad dream
😂cv
that may be the most over-engineered "solution" I've ever seen.
Everything to not do, and every way to do it wrong, incredible that you have 1.1M subscribers. And don't say an “Old Carpenter” taught you this, you are dangerous…

At the end of this video we see it's not square only almost square.
Is this genuis trying to loose another finger
WTF
Tips from a carpenter with a damaged thumb and missing first finger......
What a waste of time
You are very unsafe.
You have to make a jig every time when you cutting the wood ha? for me I just cut one minute or less a pies, not 10:54 minutes a pies .
clumsy job
