I Spent the Night in Japan’s Most Haunted Cave
Me and some friends took a trip out to Hakone, Japan in the middle of the night to find the path to a cave with HUNDREDS of statues that are said to have a dark meaning behind them

As someone that believes in spirits, I'd like to mention that the more thought you give to them, the more their presence can be felt, or the more they can attempt to make contact with you. And the more scared and fearful you get, the more power you give to them. The best you can do is ignore them as much as you possibly can, and do your best to not get scared, and just go on with your business or day like usual.

I heard a rumor there is an urban legend going on around that when you're all alone walking and out of nowhere a little girl with a red dress will come up to you says that she is lost and wants you to help her get to the grave yard, and if you agree to help her during this time traveling and making your way to the grave yard the little girl would ask you to take a different direction that you would not usually take, by this point you must refuse her idea and just take the path that you would normally take and just get to the grave yard fast, and by the time you get there the little girl is now gone as if she vanished. So what would happen if you agree to taking a different direction? she will take your hand and a moments later you will found yourself on the road and out nowhere a running vehicle is about to hit you and you're about to become a victim of an unfortunate "accident".

Fun fact: The #1 most likely things to actually hurt you in the dark out in nowhere like this are pitfalls, animals, or serial killers. Who I’m sure prefer to stay in uninhabited places so nobody wanders onto their property and sees what they’re doing. It’s quite likely really that all the disappearances and stories come from serial killers (or just weird people living in the forest) in the wilds and scaring people for fun.

Not gonna lie, I was waiting for this kind of video since you moved to Japan. Also don't worry, just do like Miko (Mieruko-chan) and you'll be fine. "Anyways, go to Inunaki Tunnel next" is what I'd like to say, but it's very far from Tokyo... You can always go to Nasu to see the broken Sessho-seki, or, if you're willing to go all the way to Aomori, you could visit the Osorezan. Other than that, I don't think you could go to the Himeji Castle at night, so there's that. All in all, I don't actually know many haunted locations, which is a shame, but you can always buy the book "Reikan: The most haunted locations in Japan" and go to the locations listed there. PS: That path you were too afraid to go on that "loneliest toilet" video of yours, you can go there now.

@@Kazumatempest Fear can make you hear and see things that aren't there 100% but that doesn't mean that in other instances that the things people experience didn't really happen. For example, in my grandparents old house their bed started rocking from side to side when no one was even on it to shift weight from one side of it to the other. No windows were open so there was no wind, but even if there was wind there would need to be a pretty strong amount to be able to move a king sized bed. They both saw it and dismantled the whole bed because they were fearful as a result of seeing it happen. That's not your mind playing games on you because you're scared because there was nothing to be scared about beforehand and not only that, 2 people saw the same thing happen. I don't like how you're trying to discredit people's experiences just because you may have not experienced anything paranormal yourself. Believe in whatever you want but don't tell other's that their experiences are simply just their mind playing tricks on them. You weren't there, you don't know.

I'm definitely like Aki and would not be able to go to haunted places, even with friends, possibly. Thanks for going through all that for us, and hope you stay safe
Really fun and freaky! I have to admit that ghost stories from the eastern world really freak me out. I think it's because of the different cultural ways to 'get rid of spirits'. Like my instinct in to burn it down and salt the earth when you have a dark spirit but apparently that just releases them in Japan. What I'm saying is you have WAY more guts than I do!
Any place that's haunted. It's so hard not to show fear. But it's the fear that the spirits feed on. The more scared you are...the more open you are for them to attach themselves to you.
I love these type of haunted location videos so im so happy to see it from my fav youtuber! The weird growl noise you captured gave me chills, you’re so brave o_o

I admire your dedication and how brave you are. Sometimes I get scared in my own room when I sit in the darkness for too long 😂 Thank you for sharing this experience, I probably could never go myself haha
That sound you heard in the middle of the video sounded like a rock breaking off somewhere and falling to me, which would be common in the mountains near cliff sides especially around caves. I live in Oregon around a area where we do have a lot of rocks that fall onto our highways. It didn't sound big, just a small rock and depending on the temperature, moisture in the air, and how soft the soil is around you at that point of time, can all be little indicators that show that the rocks are slightly unstable. I am not against spirits and ghosts, but little sounds like that are so hard to pin point when out in a huge place like that where you can't have a controlled environment. I still very much enjoyed watching this though and I hope my explanation may help a little in easing your fears. I can't say for certain that was it, but I can say it was what I thought when I heard it.
Loved this new video. It would be a fun addition to your channel to visit more of Haunted Japan. Dive deep into japanese lores and the real world events that may or may have not birthed them. Thanks for the spooky adventure! 🧟♀️ 👻 👽 😱 😅😊

that "noise" is probably a wind passing through a large enclosed area then exiting something narrow.
