Love the bike. Small world, I’ve been watching your videos for about 3 months now. I used to ride with Scott Samuel (Sammy5x) when I was a kid behind my house growing up in MA. Guys a legend and got me hooked into the atv world. Just purchased a 2020 YFZ and after watching your builds I keep buying more aftermarket parts. Love the honest review of the equipment you use. Me too but its the only way i can afford to build a new one! The cut spring really helps you can remove it and cut it yourself just do one loop at a time and feel it until you get it just right!

Ya no worries insurance should cover most of it its not too bad just back rear corner got tagged pretty bad but we will need shingles on the whole thing and a good section the trusses need to be replaced so i gta empty the thing out so we can get it done!

first thing that happen to my YFZ after i bought it used, broke the chain while SMASHIN! needless to say, i bought the Glann case saver n Slide lol. luckly my case was ok, but the chain did dig into my swing arm pretty good!

@@ononewheel7 yes i did! lol. i was smashing when ot happened too, driving on the road. chain got wedged so deep into the swing arm i had to take off the swing arm to get the chain off. it did mess up the dust cap on the swing arm aswell, but i was trying to go ride soon after i just made a rubber seal and beat the cap back into shape and slapped the glann slide over the top of the dust cap and ya couldnt even tell it happened lol. i did eventually change that dust cap.

Just do a few heat cycles let it completely cool down before doing another one Then 1st ride stay off the rev limiter for the first 30 minutes or so after that send it!

Your bike looks and ride amazing! I dont know why you sell it, but its your so you can do what you think is better. I want to ask you how do you use Prodesign foam air filter with FCI hoose, I didnt know it can be matched, do you know if it can be used in Raptor 700? and what abouts "Raptors Mike" A-arms and Suspension upgrade? Did he already make it or not? Good luck with your new build, I hope it can be even better!

@@ononewheel7 it will be great to have the right part number! I wast trying to find it and had no success. I have Raptor 700 with Prodesign foam because lot of mud and water in my trails but it will be great to combine FCI tube with a Big foam air filter.

This setup is from glann innovations! They dont make one yet for the raptor but mayb if enough people ask they would consider making one!

Ive seen them but no need for it! My brake setup works well i run dp brakes and rotors with streamline lines and the oem master cylinder my machine will stop just as good as that setup!

I wish i could have afforded to keep it but w building a new one it had to go i would have sold the practice quad but it needs a frame as well as some minor tlc and its value is pretty low so this was the best option! I wont lie i will miss this quad and i think 2022 i will build another blacked out one but this machine was also it amazing shape and worth a good amount so it made sense to get rid of it now!

They are a great investment they do come w a chart for recommended settings! Id start there then tweek it as needed i run mine on the stiffer side of there recommended settings!

Love my ds450xmx but absolutely no aftermarket I really need to just switch to yamaha I can't stand honda just a personal thing you have definitely proven to me I need to make the move The only thing I'm really going to miss about the Can-Am is the frame adjustability nobody else has what they do and it really does make a difference at times but it's the aftermarket parts issue again it just kills Can-Am they need to release the rights and let people do stuff with it especially now that they've let it die

Ya you hear the valve train a little its normal! But if its a used 2010 the valves could need adjusting and mayb even a top end rebuild along w a timing chain!

I have the bnr lightened throttle body spring in there for a super soft push on the lever also i removed the spring up in the thumb throttle assembly!

Gta remove the throttle body to access the spring its not too hard it can be done in place but is tricky and tight w getting the cover off but can be done! The dealer should be able to do it as well!

It was a fair deal i thought and also w the time on it! I could have asked for more but just wanted to move it fast had seriously 10 people rite when i listed it that were serious about buying it! Luckily my buddy who bought had asked me 1st so he ended up taking it!

ononewheel7 no offence but how could anyone build and sell this quad for ten grand , those are serious mods how many times can you do that build bikes to lose money I never sell my bikes I’d rather part them out

Keep in mind i raced it for a season! So it wasn’t brand new while it still looked like new and i could have sold it for more i needed to move it quick at a fair price now if you were to build this quad new it would cost double but i didn’t pay anywhere near double to build it and now my 2021 build is paid for! Years prior i used to part out bikes instead but i was not doing that w this one not everything would have sold and this was a package deal!

Man bro don't want to see it go bike is bad ass .So what's the plan for 2021 you staying with Yamaha ?
