My guy is in New Jersey Sportbike powdercpatings llc I did a separate video when i visited him during this build all his info is in that video if you want to ship your parts i usually do that and its not too bad. I always delete the AIS BNR does my head work and they actually weld shut that port.

They are but rite now all plastics are on a nationwide back order i usually get my plastics from Waynesburg Yamaha in PA or rockymountain. My lastest set i just got was from tdr motorsports they were black also.

Why do you change the spring on the brake pedal?

That is the fasst company brake clevis and return spring kit! So the brake clevis eliminates the slop and play vs the oem one then the spring kit just adds extra tension to the rear brake pedal so it returns faster its a pretty nice setup been using it for years!

Cant get em for aftermarket a arms and for racing they are kind of useless they would end up breaking and just collecting dirt and debris causing for a bad ride!

The a arms are houser xc long travel +3/4” the shocks are around 20” long i believe! Im like 46.5” wide w this setup!

Realistically if you bought this quad new and built it this way its prob around 20,000! Now i do have some great sponsors so i did save a ton but going by retail it would be about 10,000 in mods and aftermarket parts and the engine build!

I built it 100% new Mxp did the head work +1 valves ported with web cams 13.5 H/C piston Bored throttle body Fci intake Full hmf pipe Vortex ecu and a race cut harness!

And how do u remove the rear studs if there bad on the wheel to put new ones

oem clutch, throttle cable and streamline stock length brake lines. The a arms are xc width so longer ones are not needed.
