The people have had no education and live from hand to mouth, growing their own food. They sleep on mattresses on the floor if they are lucky. Most sleep on a mat. They don’t have running water. They just exist. When things go wrong they believe that someone has put a curse on them.

Is this mother for real, She stated that girls should be careful of how they dress even around their fathers and brothers. Also, she stated that she hopes her daughter would not be tempted by her own father requests to sleep with him. Thats not being tempted to sleep with your own father. It’s about who has power and it’s the father because he brings in the income and feeds them to keep them alive. If that girl had a real choice she would have left a long time ago. Thats not North America where she can go to a women’s shelter and try to restart her life with her son. Both mother and father are sick in their heads. Basically, the mother is holding girls responsible for being raped. Shame on her. That man needs to be locked away and the key thrown away.

Yes. The mom also needs to be away from the daughter, whilst they both get counselling. I'm sure the man has brainwashed the wife, into thinking this way.

No words😢. As if the story isn’t bad enough , the way it is narrated is also quite disturbing, it has a “live and let live vibe”. What are the chances that this man has raped other girls in the community and gotten away with it? Unfortunately, this is the kind of existence many girls in different parts of the world have to endure. We have a long way to go.
