This is an incredibly wonderful animation, I love how you manage to do so much with so little, and the transition from the symbols of the seven birds to the seven grand relics is stunning. This gets a lot closer to what I'd hope with that prophecy, honestly. In most of the animatics I've seen for Maureen's vision, they kind of... give the whole game away. They're not something you could show right away to someone going in blind to the series, or even just looking into animatics for the Crystal Kingdom arc when they haven't made it to the others yet. Yours manages to do a lot more and with some beautiful use of symbols. Well done.

This is just Amazing You got the emotion (or lack thereof) You used the repetition of the list of 7 to make the symbols and turn the symbols into their corresponding items And the eyes going from clear to pitch black to represent the hunger is beautiful

This is so cool!!! I was expecting more of an animatic and your intro immediately smashed that expectation. Not saying that the more animatics here are in any way bad, I was just prepared for something like that and I was elated to see it was more of an animation. But okay okay okay I digress. This was so fantastic. I kinda just wanna go through the whole thing, so here I go. -That intro with the eyes fading to blackness with the patterns was so fucking cool. -The colors and shapes flashing inside the hunger was real spooky and I appreciate how subtle the colors are. Like they're not super flashy or out there. To me, it kinda relates to the threat level of the hunger at that time. It wasn't at the front, but it was there. Lurking. -Your transitions are just marvelous. The way the brilliant light transforms into the Starblaster and the Starblaster outrunning the Hunger reminds me of the scenes in Ratatouille when Remy's tasting food and the colors appear to describe the flavors. -I just got chills when I watched the ship escape the storm and when Griff started listing the seven birds. There's energy in that ship and the little bit of struggle as it barely escapes is just *chefs kiss* -The way the symbols change as he repeats is fantastic. -Also, can I note how when you transitioned from the people to the grand relics, you put the staff and the oculus on top of the Starblaster? That's a fantastic detail. I just caught that on my second run through. -AH FUCK I watched it again and I saw the way you grouped those relics and shiiiiiit man. I just can't describe how much joy this animation brings me. I've wanted to get into animation for the longest time and the amount of life you put into this single video is astounding. There are no like "characters" in the sense that there are no people, and yet, you can feel the life of the symbols you made. It seems so simple, but there's so much more than meets the eye. The way you present everything with such subtlety leaves me feeling giddy because it still elicits so much emotion. The way you interpreted the vision is amazing. I... I literally don't know how to further explain how this animation makes me feel. There's just so much here! You put everything here and it's so subtle and I don't know what to do with myself. It's just all here. Griffin laid out the groundwork and you built a fuckin castle, my friend. Thank you.
