This is the lock picking lawyer, and today i’m gonna prove you that master lock’s last improvement was 100 years ago. Great restoration, as always!

@@willieb76 I wasn't. I saw the brand and immediately thought he would open it without any effort. But he still had to rake it a little :o

It could have been a fluke.
I absolutely loved seeing the key process. This is one of my favorites you’ve done and I’ve been watching for a while. Thanks for sharing your talent with the world.
I love it that there is no music or any other background noise in this. Thanks for that. This was very interesting and I hope you do more.
You make all of us in Locksport proud of you.
Were you by any chance a locksmith in a previous job? I was locksmithing for the best part of 20 years and I recognise your techniques and the terms you use as proper locksmithing terms. My compliments to you for an excellent restoration using proper techniques, I applaud your key-making techniques, brings back some memories for sure. You just got a sub ;)
What an amazing job you did restoring that old lock to working order. You even made a new key to fit and match it. It really unlocked without seizing up in the cylinder. Great work.
*You cannot say it works perfectly because it's made by MasterLock.* 😃 *Great job on the restore!* 👍
Very cool restoration... the older craftsmen made even simple things like this almost art like , we lack that attention to detail today. Thank you for restoring and preserving these items for us.
Some hail the IT industry for staying x86 compatible. That is dwarfed in comparison to Master Lock's achievement. They stayed rake compatible for over a hundred years!
Awesome! Loved the key filing part!
Enjoyed your editing at the beginning when the parts "arranged themselves" 😄 Very interesting to see how to make a new key for an unknown lock too. New sub 🤓👍
Even made a key! That’s amazing!
Love your lock restorations! Nicely done ✔️ 👏
Замок получился просто Сууууперрр отличная работа восстанавливать старинные замки это требуется много времени и терпения 👍👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
Wow, really enjoyed being able to see the inside. I love old locks.💙
Great effort. I think bead blast hasp instead of puddy. Looks nice either way
Excellent as always, Fit perfectly! Nice one! Amazing video.
Oh man, you missed the opportunity to thread the core and insert some spools and serrated pins, oops my bad I'm into locksport and forgot where I was for a minute. Now that was unexpected, nice job and really great outcome!
Honestly, this restoration blew me away! You are legend!
I used to be absolutely fascinated with locks as a kid.. I wanted to open them up to see how the mechanism works, but I also knew that if I could do that - they would no longer be safe. I didn’t stop me from trying, but I still failed. 🤷♀️ I could say this is a dream come true. ❤️ OMG you actually made the key from scratch!!!😱🙌🙌🙌🙌
Great restoration. That lock looks great. Nicely done
Great job on this! Really upping your game!
Impressive restoration !!!!!!!!!!!
Niiiiiice!!! Top job dude 👏. And thanks for showing the process of cutting the key. Very informative 👍. 😎
Perfect complete restoration Good job
Beautiful!
Restoring a master lock feels like an overkill
Wonderful, at first glance it looked easy but was really challenging
What an awesome restoration video. Well worth the effort of replacing the innards and making a new key.
You sure know your stuff my friend that was fantastic the best one yet 👍👍👍😊😊😊♥️
That was great 👍 amazing craftsmanship. Very enjoyable to watch
Super Job.
Well this vid got me to subscribe. Your work is fantastic!
Good video mate . Keep going . You have nice videos and content 👍
wow! masterlock does not make them as decorative as that anymore. beautiful job!
Waw ❤️😮😮 very nice restoretion project 👍👍
Precision hand job ,well done ✔ 👏 kudos
Great job
Well done. 👍
I can’t help but laugh at myself every time, I’m so addicted to shiny things that even when you grind down the rust and reveal the golden brass - I have a little smile on my face. It’s embarrassing 😂 (I’m definitely that crab from Moana)
Nice work ! Bravo !
good job mister well done
Excellent 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
Maybe I watch too much KZread, but I laughed out loud when I saw the name of the lock was Master Lock.
Good work.... Top
Great Job 👍 Congratulations from Belgium ✋🇧🇪

Nicely done... And the lock body blends in nicely with your work bench. 😄
Как всегда офигенно! Круто!!!
Somone alert Gozer, the key-master has been found.
Ahhh so you can pick locks too, your quite handy to have around… LOL . I have a collection of old locks from a friend. Some are quite pretty and ornate. One even has a skull and cross bones and all work.. Non look as beautiful as your finished work. Very interesting to see these done. Thank you.🇺🇸

Thanks Fritzie! I see you watched a couple of videos. Yeah, I like to dabble with random things. Picking locks has been a hobby of mine since I was a little kid.

Perfect and amazing wark hard💰
I watch restoration videos all the time. For years now. New channels try to replicate the OGs, but a lot come off cringey and weird. This channel is legit. Your skills are fantastic and your channel is a definite sub. I can’t Believe it took YT this long to show me your channel. This algorithm is broken. Thanks for sharing and I’m really looking forward to burning through the catalog! Edit: oh you’re the knife guy! No shit I didn’t know you also did so many locks! I’m an idiot and thanks again.
Nice work. LockNoob (KZreadr) collects brass locks. You could possibly send it to him for him to pick open, albeit doesn't look all that hard, could be a co-lab I dunno just an idea if more brass locks come about.
It's brass, which I love. It's made here in Wisconsin and the model number happens to be my favorite number!? Frikkin sweet 👍🏻 👍🏻 I need to find one!

I love that! Thanks for a little more info on it.
Beautiful lock work. At the beginning I wondered how you remember where the parts go. Then I seen how fast you arranged them and I thought my god he's good. Lol
Parecia inservible pero lo dejaste como nuevo, tienes mucho talento como cerrajero, no tenia idea que se podia hacer otra llave, genial 👍👍👍
Great looking. I have a lion key that goes with one of these but have never actually had seen a lock even in pictures until now
Another great restoration. Same exact style of lock that I had on my "box of treasure" as a child. Such memories. Also, I have a collection of springs, too. I try avoid throwing anything out that might be useful in my tinkering and crafts. A question, please. Would adding steel file shavings/dust to the epoxy be of any benefit? Just curious as I have collected a fair amount using a magnet. Awesome video.
the LPL would open it with a feather ;-)
Oh yeah (10:10), scuze me while I change the locks to facial recognition... Lol
Excellent restoration! You made me laugh when you were filing the key. I have been a locksmith for 28 years. I have hand filed over 100k keys. I can make a key to that M1 padlock in 2 minutes flat. Without taking it apart. Thank you for sharing! Really excellent job sir!
Можно было бы не красить аэрографом, а горячим чернением просто сделать, без двухкомпонентки) а так прикольно)
now you can lock up all dem knives
For those times when you have to use a larger file in more precise filing look for flat file with a smooth "safety" edge on one of the two cutting edges. They are unbelievably useful, though a little hard to find.
You are the key master! What an attractive old lock. Great work!

Thanks! It took longer than I hoped to pick it. I love how beautiful it turned out.
Was wondering weren't the numbers on the lock cylinder the key code? I have ordered keys from the manufacturer on some camper shell locks before that way. Awesome job though it turned out great
Haven't seen one that old in a long time (Master Lock)

A Master Lock nice!! Excellent job restoring it and it looks great!! Nice job making the key Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
You might want to bring that jar of mixed nuts back to Walmart. They don’t look edible at all. Lol
Great job.... You made an new lock. I may give you an advice? There"s a serie of number on the "key holder". I think that you can order a new key based on this. I am not sure. Regards Stig Österberg from Dalsbruk in Finland.
good job! 鍵師?
Back when everything wasn't manufactured in China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, etc...when quality was KING. When is the last time you saw a 100% brass lock on a store shelf??
I have a key with that lion and filigree design
👍👍👍
send it to the lock picking lawyer
family that I'd awesome
