I Raced Against A Professional Runner - Helena Tipping 10k
What an experience racing against some of the fastest people in the area!
Going into the race with a small adductor injury the aim was to be competitive and make small improvements. Happy with how I executed the race and getting rewarded with a 9 seconds PB. A lot of positives to make from this.

Will never forget winning Helena Tipping in '11 on Wrexham industrial, my first ever long distance race win. The standard has definitely come on since!

I’ve been running now for around a year and a half, my background is Football and Futsal but I guess it’s a different type of fitness. Height is around 5’10 and weight 73kg currently 💪
