He’s not a lawyer, and we’re all legally and morally bound to stop calling him one since he apparently got into actual legal trouble due to it, but I _do_ think he did go to law school. So he knows a lot about laws, and is likely aware of how court trials go. He’s just not a _lawyer._

That's a widespread misunderstanding of the judgement. The soldiers who used that as an excuse had numerous opportunities and years of time to do something, not to mention the things they were ordered to do were so severely egregious that any reasonable person would have known it was wrong, that's why "I was just following orders" was not a good defense. "Following orders" has been used as a defense in other cases, where the soldiers did not have the knowledge neccessary to understand what they were doing was illegal or the order was a snap judgement that did not give them time to think about what was happening.

The funniest part about all of this, is that Parkser got upset with Doug over how he programmed the AI to screw up the trials.

Judge Bot may be cutthroat, but I do think he is making the best of a bad situation. I mean, talking houses, ice cream floods? He's the closest thing we've got to a genuinely fair trial, that is consistent. Though his actions are harsh, maybe even draconian, he's one Judge Bot against a wave of chaos. I don't know why that was so funny to me

I think DougDoug was thinking of "Court is adjourned" but even still that's just the end of that day's proceedings, not the end of the verdict.

One thing that was cut from the video was DougDoug coming back in a different outfit pretending to be someone else to represent a new user, and each time he got banned and had to come back in a different outfit.

Seeing Parkzer break down a bit laughing was fun to see. he is usually so formal and polite.

This is the first stream I watched live, I loved it, it has everything. Doug doing coding, fixing stuff on the fly, some crashes, eventually even content. And boy, was that good content, the story, the twist, the ending. Pure perfection. I never watched Doug live again. (But that's because I'm european and he streams mostly when either I am asleep or at work.)

The supposed “Muppets Law” presented as it is in the case doesn’t exist. However, it should be as it would genuinely clear very muddy cases in which the defendant was just “following orders”. THIS NEEDS TO BE A LAW NOW!
