It’s a lot of great KZread food content creators but my boy golden my favorite fasho. It’s not that he does anything super special or different then them, he just make this shit seem so simple that anyone can do it. Done made like 4-6 of recipes of his. Goated

I dont think he knows its supposed to be eaten as a dry noodle. Still looks good though! Also a dry noodle is a noodle where you cook it, drain the water and then add the packets of flavor.

It's nowhere near that bad. This is the normal spicy version. Iirc there's a 2 times spicier version and (cough) 3 times spicier version

Normal spicy should be ok, the spiciest was a little rough but not too bad

Mayo is my favourite egg replacement to add to ramen. I like my noodles soupy, so I add the mayo as I don't like the eggy smell if the egg isn't properly cooked. Adding boiling water in little intervals is a game changer. Before I put it straight into the mayo-seasoning mix, and would end up with chunky mayo bits (as the eggy parts cook up). Adding the water slowly helps create a silky smooth broth

Literally just had ramen tonight for my carbs and this is how I’ve been making it since I saw him do this like a year ago. Now I mix less water to make the ramen more creamy

That's the yolk.. I add a sunny side egg and mix well. The creaminess in the soup is the master ❤❤❤❤

I usually just add cream cheese and some milk powder to the sauce (same classic black Samyang) to cut the heat, it works perfectly and makes it more creamy. I’ve also tried using parmesan and mozzarella instead of cream cheese as well (takes more effort as they need to be shredded real good before you toss in the pot), super delicious. I’ll have to try the mayo and egg version. Usually I fry my egg and add it as a topping for the noodles but I never thought about actually incorporating it as a sauce.
I did this with tahini and garlic as a base the other day. I buy the Nong Shim Shin Brand. Its pretty spicy too and has various levels in their other flavours.

Very good recipe, tried it right after the video. Adds a lot of creamy texture and great flavor. Only thing I recommend is not to add too much Mayo so it doesn’t mask the taste of the fore noodles spice too much, if you don’t like spice but you like the flavor it’s perfect for you
I love adding egg to ramen. It makes it a much more complete meal.

I started eating Ramen with mayo back in the mid 80's!
I'm more a sauce noodles person so i always cook shin ramyun, put the veggies/Season pack/Garlic and a little teaspoon soya sauce in a bowl, but in stead of using water and making a soup you put a little very hot oil over it so the mix cooks for a couple seconds. After that you put some mayonaise in there to make it creamy and then you throw in the ramen and give it a good stirr. Delicious!

I've always wanted to try this recipe because it was simple, and easy. After trying it though I can say for a fact its not for me. The taste wasn't bad, but honestly it felt really heavy and didn't feel right eating so I didn't finish it. Love your recipe's though!

I once tried that same brand (the x3 spicy ones) with egg and If you love spicy I wouldn't reccomend, I could barely stand a single pack without egg but when adding the egg 2 packs together were barely spicy when going in. (They were still giga spicy when going out tho)

I also seriously enjoy Aaron and Claire's (yt channel) milk ramen with Shin brand. Spicy and creamy.
This is the stir fry one so you have to skip the ramen water and eggs unless you’re 100% sure it’s safe to add without the water. Now, there is a ramen one of the same brand (with soup), you can do this method with it.
You should cook this noodle. Mix tuna and mayo with the noodle. Wallah, best combo you can ever have.

i have a recipe you could try: boil beef broth flavored shin ramen with sweet onions,spinach and bacon,add mazorella cheese in broth and abit of kimchi and a egg let the egg boil till the inside is abit cooked but still creamy and add some soft tofu
