people rip on polar jeans for being expensive but they often overlook a few things.. yes people might be paying just for the brand but they're supporting a company that is genuinely all about skateboarding. polars are made in poland, but dickies are made in china, mexico, etc. dickies is a huge company so their production line is most likely a lot more automated and commercialized. also, people who buy polars are willing to spend the money to ensure that they're buying pants that they will like, since they know the skaters they look up to are wearing the exact same ones. in the long run a pair of polars that'll last forever/hold their value are probably the same price or cheaper than going to thrifts or walmart or whatever and buying a ton of lower quality/old hugely oversized random off brand jeans. polar is stupid hyped but for good reasons tbh !

The 2 “ribbons” on the inside are for hang drying after washing so they don’t shrink. I got almost every color in the 93’s when they first came out and they all fit slightly different after washing. Like the stone washed stayed big, the light wash shrank a little, the blacks shrank a little and the red ones shrank a lot, so did the whites. The cords in brown and blue also shrank a lot. I hung dry all of them too.

Those jeans look pretty comfy! I wear JNCO jeans skating and they are my favorite! So comfortable and the pockets are huge! And also, they go on sale regularly for only $65 which is a steal!

@@NittyGritty420 The really big sizes can be pretty ridiculous, but the 20 inch leg size is pretty decent. Still goes over the shoes quite a bit, but doesn't look too crazy. It's definitely refreshing to see wider leg jeans get more popular after years of skinny jeans.
