Militaw and this one are the best

the Varatas was one of the only knives i’ve ever returned. on paper, it checks all the boxes. IRL, it just didn’t do it for me. it lacked soul or something…i can’t put my finger on it. i still want to add a Ti Kizer to the collection. i’m waiting for a good dal on the Militaw.

I have the black variant, love it! Just got my fat carbon militaw in the mail, love that too, but i dont know if it'll be kicking the varatas out of my top spot or not. Varatas is still king of the hill atm

I was suckered into the knife world back in 2019, and started following the hype, and I purchased some of the more popular knives that most people have heard of. Nothing too too crazy. I’d say no more than 40 knives tops. I’m a really big fan of budget knives, so that’s mostly what I have. But steel is important to me as well, so a portion of what I have is premium. I’d say about 10 of my knives are between $100-$200. With that said, the Varatas has been my favorite knife of all time. It just checks every single box for me. Every single one. I always said that maybe a full titanium bug out would possibly be my “grail” knife, but this is actually better, for me. And I was able to get it for $130. Knives are always better when I don’t pay full price for them.
