This is one of the funnest knives of the year. James Lowe did such an amazing job. Don't sleep on this knife. You won't be disappointed. The carbon fiber is excellent butter action and locks up tight like a bank vault. Gets my vote for Kizer of the year.

Appreciate the wonderful review MC, Kizer went above and beyond on the build, I wanted a knife that almost every one could afford and they felt like they got something far more valuable and special, I'm a massive fan of the S curve blade shape but I realise now why we don't see it very often but I'm hoping now I've taken the chance that more S curve blade shape designs come out. Do you like it?

Picked it up for $135 recently. Pretty much perfectly executed and generally very impressive piece for the money. My favorite frame lock action ever. Love the fact that you don't have to worry how you grab it for blade deployment, which always annoys me with traditional frame lock designs. The blade reminds me of the Microtech hellhound ones - "wicked looking" indeed! It's like a mix of a Strider and Microtech, for hundreds less. The CF inlays on mine are definitely shinier than the example featured there, though not as shiny as the stuff you see on the cheap knives.

kizer and vosteed are some of my favourite looking knifes.

My guess is the designer really likes the look of the Grimsmo Norseman and wanted a cheaper alternative. I want one of these and someday I'll get me a Grimsmo.

So far it’s so good that I only have nitpicks, such as there not being a separate choil for sharpening further up from the plunge grind, some of the grinds being off, and the finish on the titanium being easy to scuff I’m really reaching to find things I dislike about it, as you can tell. It melts in the hand, both choked up and choked back. It’s insanely easy to disassemble and reassemble, it’s PERFECTLY centered, and last but not least, it looks outrageous. I hope this model keeps going and isn’t some weird, expensive relic in the next few years

I love my huntsmen but it had one issue when I took it apart the leading edge of the steel lockbar insert had severe gouging on it. Kizer is sending me a new lockbar insert to install

@TheTarman yes I did. No they didn't make me send it back they are sending me another lockbar insert for me to install on it but it's coming from there factory in China so it will take a couple weeks to get here.
