I never said I was good at this…
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Sometimes I feel like I am my own best customer. While backing off a pile of dirt that I had pushed out, I slipped off the side and my tractor fell over. It was a very slow and soft layover, so luckily nothing go damaged and I didn’t get hurt. Sure I could have pulled up back over with pretty much any vehicle I own, but I figured that when I have a wrecker sitting in the yard, why not use a wrecker 🤷🏻♂️.

Glad that you weren’t hurt😊 The “Supervisors” were supervising 😂 All in all it was a good day!👍😎 Keep up the Fun and stay safe out there!❤️🙏
Grumpy is really getting into the camera guy stuff ! GO Grumpy.
I love grumpy. He’s awesome. He knows how to tell you what to do.
Casey I respect you for the fact you show when you screw up even doing something like this. I am glad you weren't hurt. I definitely agree that Grumpy is getting really good at the camera stuff. I think he really enjoys it.
Two pluses first you didn't get hurt. Second you know a recovery guy. LoL God bless
TEAM OLD GUY! Way to go Dad. All those supervisors what could possibly go wrong? Casey can get a whole lot of ribbing.. Good to hear Grumpy giving a 'blow by blow' dialog to this clip. 😂
Everyone need a neighbor like grumpy
I like how Grumpy sees the camera and automatically starts reaching for it... you have trained him well!
I don’t know man, you laid the tractor on its side pretty good, glad you weren’t hurt when it went over.

The title says 'I never said I was good at this'. Seems to me that you did a pretty good job of it. You successfully rolled your tractor on its side, why you would want to do that is questionable, but you didn't hurt anyone and you didn't damage the tractor. Sounds like you're doing a good job.
Oh Grumpy you make my day, and your commentary is brilliant 👏. Glad to see that Casey wasn't hurt.
Video's always great when Grumpy and your dad are in it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Love Grumpy's commentary ❤
You're not supposed to be on your side! I am glad that you did not get hurt!
Grumpy was GREAT!!! "Sure, your wife wasn't here so she didn't even know this happened" 🤣
I like the way Casey works on machines stuff and his line of work.
Looks like it is time for ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structures) for your tractor, glad you didn't get hurt
Always keep the bucket as low as possible when on uneven ground! Ask me how I know!

The 3 point also. And keep the 3 point snug side to side so it does not swing over to the low side and go bump.
I grew up on a farm and our tractors rear tires were partially filled (I think about 3/4) with water and calcium chloride. The weight kept things like this from happening. Also helped traction.
@bobklittich5710

Yep! A little weight in the tires makes a huge difference in stability. Plus it helps give more traction when pushing or digging.
@rayanderson4119

CaChl has been used that way for decades. The biggest issue is that it can rust out your rims. Beet juice (RimGuard) isn't quite as heavy, but is very popular and yes, it probably would have prevented that tip. Most equipment dealers say you should fill the tires until the fluid comes out the valve with it centered at 12:00, and this is typically 70-75%. Never want them 100%, the tire still needs some air to give a little.
Looks like a great day with family and friends, thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
Grumpy makes me laugh. He’s your comic side kick.
Fill your rear tires with -20 window washer fluid or beet juice. I can't believe how much more stable that made my small tractor!

NICE TO HAVE A FRIEND WITH A TOW TRUCK IN YOUR YARD!
Althing's considered, glad you weren't hurt.
I did something similar a few years ago. I was removing dirt from my backyard with a mini skid steer. I had the bucket in the air with a full load of dirt, turned to dump it in a trailer and the skid flipped on its side between my truck and the trailer, missed both by inches. Lesson learned? Watch your center of gravity, when your bucket is higher it has an easier chance of tipping over.
i don't think you will ever live this one down. They look like they are enjoying this to much!
8:04 Grumpy has LOTS of Faith in the Tractor... It's DRIVER on the other hand...is another story entirely... 😄😁😆😅😂🤣
You become an expert recovery person by first recovering your own mistakes then share the wealth with others.
About as lucky a flop over as one can get. Glad no one was hurt.
No roll bar? What year is that tractor? I’m glad you did not get hurt! 😮
Hi Casey it seems a DANGEROUS DRIVE AHEAD !!! Cheers Brian
You're never too good to not screw up.
Wow it's nice to see you didn't get hurt. Sure is a good thing you know someone with a wrecker. 😉
You've demonstrated what happens when the center of gravity shifts and you carry a loaded bucket too high. Small tractors with bucket are notorious for this. Happy you're OK. Be careful, you make very good videos.
@buckboard43

EXACTLY. Always keep the bucket low and move slowly over uneven ground or on side slopes. My two older brothers and my Dad tipped our farm tractor with loader over 5 different times. I came close a couple of times.
Hey Grumpy!! Good to see you!
Glad you weren’t hurt. Stay tuned for an upcoming episode… Casey installs a roll bar on his tractor.
Let's me fair he only laid it on its side, its not rolled. Glad everyone is safe. We enjoy your adventures. Happy Trails 👣
The best reason to keep older people like Grumpy around is so you can borrow the tools they have accumulated. Business must be slow if you are having to stage your own recoveries... J/K. Glad you didn't get hurt and the tractor is ok.
lol, all i could think of was the the muppets .. specifically the old boys in the box heckling everything .
The best part of this video, was your audience! So glad you were not hurt.
I am very glad that you didn't get hurt.
Glad you weren't hurt. Thanks for the video
You can inspect the under side without laying it over on its side. Glad you didn't get hurt.
Been there, done that, 40+ years ago!! Rolled a Yanmar 20ish HP tractor with backhoe and turned it rightside up with my '74 stretched Datsun pickup that had a Holmes 220 on the back.
When I was in highschool living at home I was using a 1953 Massey Fergeson tractor dragging a field to help the grass and such grow better for the horses to have more to graze on and I under corrected near a ditch and nearly went over. The front loader bucket stopped me from going all the way over and I was able to use the bucket to lift the front and back it away a bit to make my turn better. Pretty close call though.
thats the reason why tractors should always have rollbars
Keep the load low when moving on uneven ground my dad always used to preach. When I was a kid I watched my brothers do the same thing with the bucket up on a slope. Lucky for them my dad was out of town and didn't hear about it until several years later after he sold the tractor.😁
Casey...as long as ya got all your fingers n toes after a fall like this, it's all good.
How have I gone this long without knowing you used to be a monster truck driver?! No wonder your so cool haha
At the risk of being told off... a lot of farmers died under tractors before roll bars became a thing.
@andreblanchard8315

While I mostly agree, roll bars are best used with a seat belt. Without the seatbelt the bar is another part of the tractor that can pin you to the ground.

@@andreblanchard8315 Personally I like a fully enclosed cab. I did not feel that the Nuffield 10/68 I started on was anything like safe, despite the roll bar.

Might be too small to require one. Not sure where the cutoff for that is. Lawn tractors don't come with them, and that thing is barely bigger than a normal lawn tractor, but it does have a front loader, which might change things. 🤔
No more tipping your tractor over for video footage. Lol. Glad you nor the tractor got hurt. Grumpy sure grabbed that camera pretty fast.
That tractor just wanted to lay down and take a nap. It sounded like it didn't want to wake up. Like another commenter said, keep the bucket as low as possible.
Both my tilt and dump trailer have wireless remotes. Best investment ever.
Casey, they will still be talking about this by next Christmas !!! And hopefully Matt and cohorts don't get to know about this !! Greetings from Australia
Glad you didn't get hurt.

Number one comment!
The main thing is you didn’t get hurt from the tractor flip. Some rear wheel weights on your tractor will help when using the loader and keep the loader bucket low while tractor is moving over uneven ground.
Grumpy Cam Commentary is still the Greatest!
Glad you were okay after tipping the tractor over Casey. No pressure with an audience like that 🤣🤣🤣. Quite the resilient tractor. Awesome recovery and the response time was record breaking. Keep up the rad videos.
Keeping the bucket low keeps the center of gravity lower so the tractor does not tip so easily.
@heartland96a

I think that rear blade has something to do with it , its pretty heavy/ large for that tractor
Shortest distance from home for that wrecker ever for a recovery
Happens everyday. The bucket being up while you were moving offset the stability. Glad you have so many who love to needle you!
time for a ROP. glad you are okay.
Saying "I ain't scared" will make you feel better on any screw-up. Great video Casey. Glad you didn't get hurt man.
It’s Great to have a Wrecker! 👌😂
That is quite the peanut gallery that gathered to "cheer" or rather jeer you on! Good outcome and Grumpy camera work!
Wow that tractor looks dangerous with no roll cage. Glad you're ok
Even with as often as you upload, I don't think I can hold my breath that long.
"Tractors are sooo dumb!" - Towmater 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂I love pops he was reading my mind 🤔 how did a expert recovery driver flipped a tractor 😊
Casey, I am surprised that you do not have a ROPS bar they have been mandatory in Australia for over 40 years. Glad you are safe and not hurt. 🇦🇺🍺

ROPS equiped with FOPS to keep the snow off and keep the brush off the op. Plus seat belt so you dont get caught in the rat trap when it rolls #1 killer of Hobby farmers in USA and Canada.
When I was a young girl I did the same thing to. You had the bucket to high LoL I now know I’m not the only one to do this
Grumpy swoops in for the win! 😆
Glad you're okay.
Hope you get the tow truck guy a nice tip for Flippin your tractor back over Casey LOL. Just messing around great video Casey
This was an unplanned video that turned into a fun time for everyone.
Go team old guys great video Casey and all.
Glad No One Hurt! I bet your wife knew what you did before she ever got home from work. You gave up and left the concrete blocks there. 😁 See you got a Great Support Team! Be Safe! Keep Your Head Up! 👍
Rear weights or wheel weight or filled rear tires any of those could have helped prevent it along with keeping the bucket as low as you can as often as you can
Drive to the recovery site didnt take long 🤠 Glad you didnt get hurt Casey
Glad you’re ok.
Stay safe out there Casey. Tractors can be dangerous, glad you’re okay.
When there's a lack of winter recoveries to create new content you just flip one of your own vehicles! Smart man! j/k j/k lol
It's obvious you have good friends because you are a good friend.. love you Casey
Always put your loader down before you back up. Lower the back blade, too. Have seen comments about adding ballast. In Canada, we use calcium chloride, but if you can get wheel weights to fit the back rims, it is better. Don't mean to sound like a know it all, but I have been a farmer for 50-plus years and have seen this happen before. Good luck sifting the wheat from the chaff!
Glad you weren't hurt. I knew a guy that was killed when his tractor tipped over. It didn't have a ROPs. Which I would suggest you get. Also, adding some fluid ballast to the tires can help with stability. That is a pretty unstable tractor to tip on that small of a dip. The Yankum rope on a lawn tractor would be epic if you could do it. I doubt that it would work though.
Only person missing was Ben, he would have really had fun with this. That wrecker picked it up like it was a tinker toy. Glad you didn't get injured.
