It’s interesting. Post is an unincorporated community in Crook County, Oregon, United States. It has a post office assigned the ZIP code of 97752. Post lies along Oregon Route 380 southeast of Prineville at an elevation of 3,383 feet. Post was named for Walter H. Post, the first postmaster of the Post post office, established in 1889. Casey, sorry to tell you guys, but when you say at 11:58, "you're in the middle of nowhere"...you really are NOT! Since 2018, Oxford University's Malaria Project, after spending years building a globe-spanning map, they officially decided that Glasgow, Montana IS the "middle of nowhere," in the United States! You can look it up online if you don't believe me. So, you should make a trip to Glasgow sometime so you can say "we might not actually Be in the middle of nowhere, but I have been there and seen it, and it really doesn't look much like where we are now!" Lol, I just happen to live in Glasgow, so if you ever do come here, I can show you around. Bring your camper and boat because we live only 15 miles from Fort Peck dam, and lake. Fort Peck lake has more shoreline than California does! Anyway, love your channel, Casey! Oh yea, I have a built FJ to get in the Missouri Breaks and the hills with, too. Do bring your camera though! Just remember, you might think you're in the "middle of nowhere," I actually live there! Lol, again!

I subscribed a LONG time ago. At first, Casey seemed a little.... I don't know... prickly... but I watched these videos anyway cuz tracks on a jeep and stuck in the mountains and deep snow and other guy stuff. The more I watch, the more I appreciate the fact that Casey isn't prickly as much as he just doesn't give a pinch of owlshit what others think about him, and he is direct. Spectrum? Prolly, but one recognizes another. 😁 It says a lot about a person when they help organize some of the biggest cleanups I've ever seen, and work late into the night to make this beautiful, broken world a whole bunch better than they found it. I'm glad I subscribed, and I will continue to watch and like these videos, and if I ever do a stoopud while in Oregon, you can bet your butt who I will call to come yank my sorry tookus out of the ditch. Keep up the good work, Casey. Oh, and it should not go unnoticed that the market share for meatloaf sammiches just went through the ROOF! Mungry.

I've always loved going to Oregon! I've been to Clamouth falls Oregon a few hundred times to a door maker out there. Beautiful topography

I had the privilege of driving the pot-paulina highway from p-ville to JD a number of times when I was gainfully employed. Never had a bad trip as it is a great drive with little to no traffic. Thanks for resurrecting the memories!

See this: 8:35 (yep - I see that - and also what I think you should do - is this) When putting the 2" hitch attachment onto the soon to be towed out vehicle, here's another option. Instead of using a D-shackle, why not put the slip-over loop of the Yankum rope, over the 2" section, so that BOTH sides of the attachment hold the loop AFTER you put the attachment back into the 2" receiver. That way - you don't need a D-Shackle yet have an easier way to get the Yankum loop over that foot/tow attachment that won't SLIP OFF during a tow. Why? Because the foot/tow attachment only has a spigot merely 2" by 6" when NOT in the receiver, whilst retaining the loop by the hugely wider foot/tow attachment, when retained in the 2" towbar. Not quite as easy as flipping the loop over one side of the foot/tow attachment, but not as expensive as needing to buy an extra D-Shackle either.

Just a thought. Maybe something has shifted on the rear axle and it was rear steering. You always hit the trailer square before.

Ethan is the best wingman on KZread right now. Hand him a camera and mic on every rescue. Also, I just watched a couple guys eat meatloaf sandwiches sitting on a pickup tailgate in the geographic center of Oregon. Five stars. Will watch here again.
