Really appreciate your thoughts on this Cliff (www.youtube.com/@CliffordNY). I've had some many great comments and suggestions on this video, it's going to be tough. The Stan Signature is a definite for me too, but I think I've decided to try and track down the free gift/Hulk transfer first just to make sure.

the only reason I prefer CGC is because of the label. But those new CBCS labels look pretty damn good! Do whatever make u happy mate 👊

Thanks www.youtube.com/@TheSimpleverse. I agree that the new CBCS labels are pretty nice looking; I'm still on the fence of re-subbing some of these, the comments are certainly giving me food for thought.

You had me when you said John Byrne! My opinion for what it is worth: TMNT (yes) Captain Britain #1 both of them(yes) Captain Britain #2 (no) Did John Byrne ever sign a book on the cover? Everyone I have ever seen has been on the inside. X-Men books (yes) Nowhere Man #1 (yes)

Appreciate your suggestions www.youtube.com/@WhatIsOntheComicRack, looks like almost a clean sweep from you; lots of food for thought. As for John Byrne, I don't think there are many books signed on the cover that I have seen. Traditionally most creators used to sign on the inside cover, cover sigs are a reasonably recent phenomenon. Luckily I still have scans/photos of the Terry Austin and John Byrne sigs for each of those books.

I appreciate your input on X-men 211, yep, its a hard one to justify, but I think it would benefit from removing the Qualified Grade.

If you have signed cgc green labels then it's probably worth now getting them verified. Having books that cbcs has already done is just a complete waste of money unless you are looking to flip these books for a profit in the near future. Any signed books i have will probably continue to go to CBCS, I hear that JSA have had a bit of a shady rep in the past regarding authenticating signatures correctly, combine that with all the current CGC skullduggary and I think i'll pass on their services........

Thanks for sharing your perspective www.youtube.com/@padbearj3154; I'm certainly considering getting the signed cgc green labels verified as you suggest. On the CBCS slabs, I'm slightly more perplexed, especially as they have already been authenicated and as some of the great comments suggest, I'd be wasting money unless I'm planning on selling them.

Hi Dave, first, don’t listen to any of my below advice as I hate CGC (I’m a hypocrite as all my slabs are CGC) and I have never submitted any comics to CGC. All my slabs were bought as slabs. However, I think all the green label books should be resubmitted. I was originally going to say test out their services, but that $20 introduction price is too good to pass up.

Thanks www.youtube.com/@richardwestphal5184, I agree, the Qualified Green Labels seem like a no brainer to me so I'll likely submit then. Still uncertain on the others; especially the previously CBCS authenticated books and the CGC Sig Series that have the John Byrne and terry Austin sigs on the interior.

It’s a pure waste of money!!!! Why the hell would you send to CGC a book that was authenticated from CBCS that used JSA before in order to get another yellow label in a CGC label because they are now using JSA.. sorry that’s insane

Thanks www.youtube.com/@2hugebros241, I really appreciate your thoughts here; it's exactly why I made the video. A few people have said the same, so it's really helping my whittle down which, if any, I send to CGC. Leaning towards just submitting the previous Qualified Green Labels at the moment, unless I think I can improve the grades.
