Actually she came to court getting $1000 and left having to pay 500. The dad was giving $1000 directly to her. Now he only has to give 500 directly to the school. The other 500 for the school now comes out of her pocket. She got greedy and played herself.

Huge respect to this man ! He did what he had to do as a man and a father without having anybody to tell him what to do. He even did more by giving 1000$ to the mother, paying health support for the kids. He is so calm and thanks to the judge by being fair and equal by reducing his child support. This man deserves it.

100%. Do you have any idea how many fathers just run and never pay a cent? He's giving her $1000/month and she wants him to pay more. It's not based off of the income when it's split parenting because she's not taking on the lion's share of fees. Now, she's going to have to pay half the tuition and he gets a break. Anytime she tries to whine to him he'll show her the support order and say "Sorry, can't. Judge says this is how much I pay so this is how much I pay. Should'a left well enough alone."

Child support is for absent parents, not failed relationships. Just because one makes more than the other doesn’t mean they should consistently go back to court wanting more of increase. I love how fair Mrs B was with her verdict 💛

There is no need to force anyone to pay child support when they share visitation. I some cases he would pay less if she go through the state only but they share and she would get even less money.

actually, she gets less than nothing. She gets -$500. She walked in there getting $1000 every month to spend however she wanted. And she walked out OWING the SCHOOL $500/month in direct payments. Even if the tuition was only $300/month and she was lying to the judge so she could pocket the extra, she's now got a court document saying she has to pay $500. lol. So it's possible that she's now obligated to pay the school more than she was and more than she actually even owes them. ha!

Spent a year in court with my ex i have my son every day she watches him at night when i work third shift i have him every school break every holiday feed him dinner and any other meal if he diesnt eat at school. I still court order pay child support. Honestly suprised she didnt get her way based on the income differences.

Finally, a judge that can see through BS and not bias. Many other family judges can/should learn what honorable means. Judge Vonda is the definition of honorable when it comes to making decisions/rulings based on children's best interest. I wish other judges in the Family Circuit were more like her. As soon as a win sole custody guess who didn't have to pay for their kid or maintain a standard of living for their child? The judge even told me "You make more than 99.999% that come in my courtroom (I am doctor). Why do you want her to pay you? You're vindictive. Get out of my courtroom and stop wasting my time!"

I am so confused with your story. I can't even tell how many kids you are talking about.

I'm from FLA, but I WISH there were more balanced judges like you here in FL to actually HELP people and set boundaries, especially in regards to Fathers because we honestly have no one to back us, at least the one's who truly are active in their child's life. Thank you. And what kills me most is that fact, that man's income from his trucking occupation has nothing to do with anyone, as long as he's taking care and there for his child, all the other stuff should go out the window.

She has the nerve to think, if he has money to spend on dating, it should instead, go to her, "for the children". Yeah right. So in essence, she doesn't want him to have any disposable income. Just as she may have a budget, he has one too. She needs to get a better wig instead of that hat she has on her head. Some nerve!!! Greedy

She seems like the type that would put the child that she has to pay for in public school to avoid them payments.

I had to come find the full clip after watching the snippet on Instagram. Now i have watched this like 6 times and still cant wrap my head around the shock.

This was a good one shot out to the dad on this one 💯

So she got herself a man who doesn't work and he advised her to go get more child support so that she can support him. Then she takes it to court and finds out that she has to pay for half of their schooling. Hahahahahahaha that's hilarious. I love this judge.

If you can’t afford to send your children to private school…what’s wrong with public?
