If the judge determines that the money that is being asked is not for the child then it is no longer child support. Looks like she had the baby just get child support. However, if she had kept her mouth shut at just that the payments have not been adjusted in 13 years, she could have walked away with at least 4 to 500 more per month.

The lady responded to their taunting and disrespecting her, and the proceedings, but instead of escorting the fiancé out; the judge assumes the mother is completely full of it, because she has an only fans page. She suddenly turned on the plaintive, and denied her case for one or two comments made in response to the defendant? When the other parties were contemptuous and disrespectful the whole time? Dad has no contact with the child, and has only paid $100 per month since the child was four years old. While he makes $8,000 a month?!? Possibly $9000? That child deserved to get some additional support from his dead-beat Dad. Mom has supported and cared for the child, with barley any money from Dad. I don’t care if she does have an Only Fans page. It’s so expensive and exhausting to raise a child. Especially if you have to do both parental roles, which she did. I get that the judge was frustrated, but there were questions that should have been asked and answered before dismissing the parents. She was obviously eligible for an increase of child support, that he could’ve and should’ve been paying, already. This child will now be disadvantaged, and more likely to end up in a gang or on the streets or just severely depressed, because even the system treated him as unimportant. The judge should’ve protected this child, and held this father responsible. It was mentioned several times that this was for support of his 13 year old son. He’s laughing and joking it up with his fiancé, and mixing up which kid is being spoken of. I assume he hasn’t brought that child anything since he was small enough to need diapers. This feels so wrong.

Mom is responsible for food, clothing, shelter, health care, hobbies and everything else the child needs and wants while dad contributes $100 a month while making $96,000 a year. She was doing just fine for thirteen years…. Now all of a sudden it’s an issue, cause you see your bd moved on and is engaged…. Typical bitter bm behavior. Now as for the dad, should he step up more for his son absolutely! But if the man ain’t willing to do it then keep on hustling with your only fans job and continue to do what’s best for your son the same way you bn doing it for all these years…..only fans does not have to be the only job you have…. Why should she perpetuate this shitty cycle of taking care of this kid by herself when he makes damn near 100k a year. After 13 years the amount he paid is only like 15,000 over the course of 13 years. Meanwhile his salary would have been over the millions by that point if he kept with the same job for a substantial amount of time. You're as biased as the judge and are seeing the bigger picture. Reguardless if she uses the money on herself, she's had to make ends meet for last 13 years while he's vacationing, bying 5500 dollar rings and living it up meanwhile his son doesn't have a father, and does have any financial support except from his mother

Absolutely!! I have children and grandchildren who were so expensive from the day they were born. The judge was wrong to not adjust the CS. A child needs more money from the $100 he’s was ordered to get at birth.

The reason she didn't raise the money was because the judge knew that the poor child wouldn't see any of it .and that the mom was gonna waste it on herself. Poor kid probably starves and both parents out there being petty AF . 😢

When he said the ring cost 5500 and you can see her in the background looking at the ring was priceless. I'm guessing he told her it was far more

Judge was wrong. He needs more than 100 $ . No matter what she thought of the Mother. This Judge isn’t fair.

Thought this was based on income of the parent that has to provide the support. Yes, the mother was all about herself in this but at the same time $100 does not go far in taking care of the needs of any child any age. She should have had an increase to assist with the regular expected things the child needed such as clothing, food, place to live with utiltities, current activities, health insurance, etc.

Child support is just that, money meant to support the child. She kept asking for more and more, but she has a steady income, so it's assumed she doesn't "need" more money, she just "wants" more. Yes $100 a month is pitiful, but if she's doing well enough she doesn't need an increase.

Most of the time, I really like these videos, but I've noticed more and more that there is a bias towards many of the woman. She does have a reason to ask for an increase. This man hasn't paid anything for the maintenance of their child for all of these years - thirteen of them. Letting him off the hook is beyond the pale. And to shame her for OnlyFans is disgusting. She has a job. She has a hustle. She is taking care of herself and her child no matter what it takes. There is a bias regarding sex work and you fed into it. The man running the streets having multiple children he doesn't care for in the slightest gets off scott free while the Mama who does whatever it takes gets told to move on simply because she does something the judge doesn't morally agree with (but is entirely legal) and it is gross.

Man oh man I’m so grateful for the mother I have! She gave me and my brother everything she could and my grandpa was the type of guy to be happy with whatever he had. He taught me to be happy with what my single mother could provide with no child support from our father.

Yes! I didn’t ask for child support, I didn’t want anything to do with him, let alone his money. With that said he did pay for pre-K for three yrs (2 for our son, one for our daughter). He’s a good dad, just a 💩 “husband”.

You see how her eyes lit up when she said she needed 800 and it went away when she had to say “my son needs 800” 😂😂😂😂

Everyone doesn't agree with this but you have to understand that Vonda knows $100 isn't enough but she also shouldn't have to deal with a liar. The lady can come back and try again without being greedy and ignorant because at the end of the day, her son suffers.

Usually I agree with the judge but this time she was wrong. Whether the child was doing activities or not $200 ($100 from mom, $100 from dad) is not enough to cover basic food, clothes, and shelter for any child. For that alone, she should have been granted the increase.

Nah, the judge punished the child because of the parents. It takes more to raise a child and £100 is a joke. Rent, food, clothing etc and she had the nerve to judge how this mom earns money. This is disgraceful. Hope its made up court

How can this be dismissed? Regardless of the mother and her intentions, she's getting a measly $100 a month. That's not sufficient to care for a child. Whereas all these other parents are getting a percentage of the parent's salary? I don't understand.

I agree that the child's mother was full of BS, but it does take more than $100 a month to raise a child. If I'm a father making $8k a month, then take your son shopping and do the things required as a father. Noone is thinking about the child in this case and irs very sad

There are very little rules with child support judges. They can do and say whatever they want. She could have eliminated child support or tripled it. Usually it’s some old white man who still thinks traditional marriages mean the man pays. So getting child support decreased is difficult even if she increases her income of yours gets decreased. Don’t have kids if you don’t want to be treated unfairly like this.

The judge had every right to dismiss this case. Both parties were lying. The parents don't buy equipment. She had no receipts and no evidence. And I don't believe dad was making $8000 a month. This is the first case I’ve seen where the parent caring for the child got screwed. A 15 year old eats $100 a week in groceries alone. She shouldn’t have had to justify any further expenses
