HelloNicol, I enjoy following you. I was 22 yr. old when I traveled all over Europe and stayed in Germany for a year. From there, moved to NY. I spent a winter in SOCAL and never left. Fortunately, out of my passion for traveling, I had the chance to open an international business and at the same time went into real estate. I dunno how I did it. I was simply following my passion at a young age and saw my environment from a different lens. Like you, I had my youth and passion on my side, and the Universe was very kind to me. I'm eternally grateful for that. Being dependent on anyone was out of the question. You have no idea how much I admire you. You are educated, tenacious, and seem a very kind-hearted human being who is following her bliss. Pls. pls. just be careful. Paris is no longer the kind of City it used to be when I was there as a young woman. It'll not lose its beauty and allure. I'm always in France. I go to Orleans a lot and when in Paris, I stay in the 6/7 Arr. or in the Marais. I'll be back in Sept. till Jan. I hope to meet you and let me know if you need anything from CA. Gros bisous.

Congrats on the beautiful life. Been in the Paris and nearby for 7 years and I'm always marveling on about how beautiful it is. Just film stuff you come across in your life that makes us think a little. Try not to be like every other expat in Paris channel.

Very happy for you! I watch a lot of videos on people’s journey moving to France and one of the common denominators is that the process is everything but easy. again congrats 🎉🎉🎉

I live near Paris and it's beautiful for the new dreamer who moved here, that is, until they start to think about retirement and how you're going to achieve that. Maybe she's got wealthy parents and is depending on their inheritence. Either way, she seems like she's just living in the moment and maybe not worrying so much about the future as the young typically does.

Yes; that's the point: How to take advantage of living near so many cultural possibilities: museums, concerts, visiting historical places_ it requires having a good job. Ah, food, clothing...
