I love the two windows in the background with the natural light and the neutral shade wall directly behind you.. congratulations on finding an apartment you both like. That alone can be a heavy load on two people. Happy to hear Tilly is loving it. Especially those windows behind you. I can definitely see her spending a lot of time in those.

I don't think the mascara makes your eye colour pop, but it does look unique (in a very nice way) and seems to have some lengthening properties. It looks very nice on you.

I feel for you, sister! A few years ago, I tripped and fell face first into a brick wall. It happened so fast I didn't even get my hands up and took the entire force on my face, breaking 2 bones and requiring surgery on my nose (that failed, unfortunately). I was in such pain I couldn't even have water in the shower hit my face for weeks. Hope you heal fast! I always enjoy your videos.

Woah realizing I’ve been watching your vids for over 3 years since I remember when you first moved to NYC!!

Noisewise I can relate. I lived at Park Row for 5 months in 1988, 1 PP is on the other side and the noise of police sirens was constant. But the funny thing was, after 2 weeks I blocked it out. I loved NYC and still do, but the 80s were so different….😊

I love the Covergirl foundation but it is very hydrating and dewy as it’s mostly serum with some pigment dots in it. On a hot July day it gets very shiny on the skin. That may be what you were noticing. Congratulations on the move btw 🥳

I also got the Rhode blush in freckle. I've been using my hand to blend it out but then I feel like it almost disappears so going to try the brush application.

I'm really into the colored mascaras lately. They are so soft and pretty. The L'Oreal in burgundy and green are my favorite. Try them!

I'm glad moving is going well! The filming setup seems to be working great, at least from what I can see/hear in this video. Ps. a lot of people have been saying those rhode blushes are very creamy, I don't think it's just because of your weather :) Wish I could steal a bit of the heat over there, it's still pretty cold here in England lol.

The blush and lips look gorgeous, but the red tone of the mascara is too hay feverish for me haha When it comes to backgrounds I definitely prefer simple calming ones like the ones you had before 😊

I didn't ever mind the traffic noises, but I could tell it bothered you haha In terms of set up: the sound is fine (didn't use headphones), angle was nice and I'm neutral on which background/setting would be best. Some more (natural?) light would be nice, especially for the close ups. Though maybe it's just a gloomy day 😅
