Another advantage is that you’re doing it together. As a team.. with both wanting it and, of course, the willingness that is required to the “switch” and adapt to each place. I have benefited a lot because many of the things I did in Lisbon and London were based on your recommendations and experiences “living as locals”… that truly makes a big difference so thank you for all the content ☺️

@@camdendavid sometimes we can’t believe how much happier and healthier we feel now. Also, how much easier traveling becomes after doing it for so long. Not sure what took us so long to make the leap but we are so glad we did,

Just stumbled across your channel today. Love the content you're creating! You definitely deserve more subscribers. I really appreciate your approach to travel information. So many other channels I've found just send you to the 10 main tourist traps, which is just not exciting.

Hey Camden! Big fan of you and what you’re doing! I found your videos because I was looking for someone that traveled and lived in a new country every month. I don’t think anyone else I’ve found on KZread does this. I am looking to do the same. What did you and your lady do for a full time remote job? They didn’t require you to make special trips stateside? That is the only thing holding me back from traveling and doing what you do…most remote roles (that I’ve found) still require you to show up at least quarterly for a meeting or conference.

I appreciate the support and love to hear that you’re interested in doing something similar! My wife works as a remote therapist and my role was in partnership development (think sales but creating partnerships between companies). I find a lot of the companies in the global mobility space are flexible with remote work. We’ve been lucky and haven’t had to make appearances in any office. What type of position would you be looking for?

Thanks for the prompt response! I am looking for a remote recruiting role. But for the right job I would be willing to do anything (business related). I saw your videos in Budapest and I spent a month there myself. Loved that city and definitely want to go back. Would be a great spot for a remote position.

Actually, I am planning to do something very similar, slow travel, staying minimum one month in one place, budget travel, ... starting May 18th . First Ecuador, then Colombia , and then South Asia. Greetings.

Big fan. Just a tweak, calling mortgage payment and airbnb payment the same is financially inaccurate. Agreed both are sort of living expense but One is an investment and the other is purely an expense. I believe you guys are smart enough to know that already but you say it to the masses, it could mislead naive people. In terms of life experiences one can certainly make the case to pick one or the other but in terms of pure financial advice they are worlds apart and 20 years from now the 2 choices would lead to completely different situations.
