I make a Custom Rebar Hammer - Weighs 6.3 KG (13.9 Pounds) Steel Wedge in Handle - Welding Project
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
I make a Custom Rebar Hammer and weld a Steel Wedge into the Handle to give it the rustic tough look. It is quite heavy as it weighs 6.3 KG (13.9 Pounds) The total length of the rebar hammer is 420mm (16.5 inches) a nice MIG welding project.
I wanted to make something out of rebar that would catch your eye and maybe be one of those rustic art projects that everyone wants to touch, time will tell if it is good enough but I am very happy with it, and it is easily one of my best metal art projects.
The total length of the rebar hammer is 420mm (16.5 inches)

I really like how you think "outside the box". And you make us think , how did he do that? And then you show us how with skill. I have an idea for you. Take three pieces of rebar and make a outside trivet ( like for camping) held together by knots. I've been working on it in my head and I can't come up with a good design. But I know you have the skills to do it. Keep up the entertaining work.

This hammer was made as a display item, and I doubt that it will get used, and with a steel handle like it has it would be very hard to use, as it would be tough on your arms with each hit. Thank you for your comment.
