Bowlero in moreno valley ca is a no tap fest lol. Alot of tight racks and nothing but stone 9 pins. The pins do weird things when you go flush

I'm a 2 handed bowler and on a bowling team for kids. The bowling alley is called St Clair Bowl.

What does 175 over going into day 2? Does that mean through all your games on day 1 you’re shooting 175 over the average for that day?

When pros talk about being over or under, that is relative to a 200 average. So if I bowl 4 games and go 82 over, that means my total pinfall for the day was (4x200) + 82 = 882.

Over and under is based off of 200. If I shoot 190 one game, then I shot -10 for that game. The next game I shoot 210, then I shot +10. Out of those two games, I’m now even.

The PBA Regional Tour: there are 7 Regional bowling areas in the USA plus Japan. what I understand is the regional tournaments are for the weekend pro bowler were as the world PBA tournaments are for full time pro bowlers. so that's why Patrick Hanrahan / Packy shows NO PBA titles as of today 10-8-22 (the only thing the world PBA shows is Packy) was part of some type event were a team with Packy in the team won an event BUT nothing to do with anything with the world PBA events or tournaments. as of today 10-8-22 Packy has NO titles in the world PBA.?

So as a new bowler like myself im wondering about after the second game of constant moving did you consider changing balls?

I’m sorry but I just find out amazing how 2-handed bowlers literally EXPECT carry if the ball finishes light or high, flat pocket, behind the pocket, etc and get upset when they leave what they deserve for the shot thrown. It just baffles me how the “handicap” (essentially) has turned into entitlement over the years Lls

My understanding of a regional tournament is the same as a state to state tournament accept there are a couple states in a regional tournament.?

He had a ton of room but lots of times bowling is about who can create room and throw the shots, I only did a good job throwing the shots, I was a little lost on the lane play part of it 😂😂

nice bowling man! i just switched to two handed release with a hyped solid (only have 4 games bowled so far) but i was a GREAT spare shooter with one hand and for now i’m shooting spares one handed lol. is it weird to stay like that?

No, there have been PBA professionals who would alternate between one and two-handed. For example, Osku Palerma.

love being lefty lofting others' dirt.. "why are you lofting? the gutter isn't on your line." me (plus 110 last two games), "air don't hook." (like Road House.. pain don't hurt.)

Planet Bowl is currently using Linds pins due to supply chain issues with pins. They sound very different than AMFLite II pins or Brunswick Crowns.

I never liked older houses with bad acoustics. Pocket hits sound like they're hitting wet, soggy pins.

Can you throw the purple hammer on every pattern?

Shoulda stuck with the stealth the whole tourney...that ball had a nasty hook on those lanes....better keep that noted for next time

Lanes are always changing and so is my opinion of what to do at a tournament, it’s not always one ball the whole time! 😁

@@TheHouseBowling everyone is different I guess.i look at it this way....baseball players use the same length and oz bat all the time... So with that theory I use the same ball all the time.if the lane differs lane to lane I change approach but my ball always stays a 16lb black hammer...I've gotten comfy with it

The lane topography is likely to blame. The synthetic panels they have were certified by the ABC, before USBC existed, so they are old and high friction. Despite what condition you put on them, the friction will show though quickly.

Looks like you could have benefitted from lofting

​@@TheHouseBowling I know a Pro bowler Scott Brunner of Scott Brunner's pro-shop here in Kalamazoo MI at continental lanes on VanRick dr across from wings stadium. he said he was a Pro-bowler for 14 years I guess about a decade ago. he kept saying how GREAT a bowler he is & makes a lot of money bowling other want to be Pro-bowlers. he drills thousands of bowling balls every year. he has drilled over 40 bowling balls for me (all but about 5 were fun balls cuz I LIKE to have fun while I work out for 3 to 4 hours a day unstop bowling that is during SUMMER ONLY FREE bowling. I bowled 2,467 games (that's 24,670 frames) from 5-13-22 to 8-26-22 so in about 3 months. Scott kept saying how GREAT a bowler he is so I said why don't he ever Pro-bowl??? that's why he then said he bowled in the regionals for 14 years. MY QUESTION is what is the different between REGIONAL & a REAL PBA title? I ran your name on Google as I do ALL Pro-bowlers I LIKE! I know another or the BEST Pro-bowler in my & the surrounding area Charily Tapp who bowled against the GOD of Bowling (Earl Anthony) now Charily has 3 REAL PBA titles & a PBA 50 cuz he's over 70 years old. Scott Brunner says he knows all the older Pro-bowlers like Norm Duke, Barnes & some of your other buddy's in the house heheheHA! you can watch me bowl to see what NOT to do heheheheHA! on Rumble dot com I'm FunBallBowler. I taped & posted ALL my over 70 videos of me bowling 30 plus cames each time. It takes 2.5 hours of non-stop bowling to bowl 30 straight games. I only bowl for 2 hours on Sunday's now because it cost me $10 an hour for rent a lane at Airway across from the airport on Portage st here in Kalamazoo MI. go to Rumble & do a Rumble search " Learn how to become a better straight ball bowler with Dann" more then 80 videos of me bowling will be listed. the best one I made was 034 where I bowled 45 straight games showing THERE ARE MORE THEN 3 STRIKE ZONES PER 39 BOARDS with the straight ball. I bowled a game per board to PROVE IT! plus 6 warm up games. in NO-TAP I have a 211 avg. in regular bowling mode I'm an avg league bowler or around a 175 avg. This Sunday 10-2-22 I bowled thumbless & did forward roll to see if it would help my straight ball strike ball. I bowled the worst ever but did bowl 23 games in 2 hours. I thought if the ball was forward rolling it would help strike but I need to hit the head pin (it was harder because I only throw thumbless to get a lot of hook for fun only) I was trying ALL forward roll even on a 10 pin shot. I have carried a near 190 avg when I hooked the ball in but I felt I can NOT trust the hook so I throw a str8 ball now with a fun ball. 299 was my high game with the hook. this season I started with a 186 avg. with a str8 ball oil or lack of oil does NOT MATTER at all. a str8 line is ALWAYS a STRAIGHT line! the problem is I can only hit the same spot 4 times max so far with the str8 ball. I do like Belmo does hit the right side then the left side for a strike or dead nut the head pin for a strike. I counted how many times I can hit the same spot in a row all summer & its 4 in a row once in a great while mybe 3 times out of 2,467 games that I bowled this summer!!! that I MUST change!!!
