The sword is probably a purple-ish grey color. The reason the panel showed red is because that was the first time he activated the crimson blade. It changed back to normal color a little bit after that. Still looks amazing nonetheless and the red honestly adds to it.

Ironically, it is harder to get a proper swiggle than a straight line because it you also need to balance out the lining of everything. Nicely done!

I love the series where you make the swords of the demon slayer characters, but this was my favorite episode, it's really incredible

I think they’re just confusing the idea of when they first get their blade becomes a different color at first and change to red after a certain requirement is made

its not color changing, there is s power called "Crimson Blade" that the slayers can unlock in certain level, the blade turns Red and it can be able to return to the normal color when that ability irs desactivated, so they activate and desactivate the crimson Blade, but they cant change the color exactly, just the original color, or red

The tip is only red because he focused all of his strength onto heating up the sword to inflict more dmg on Muzan, in reality its just a normal color

In terms of color you had an image where it shiftet from usual to bright red. I love the way yours turned out and I was so happy when I saw that you made obanais sword cause wanted it so bad. Thank you. The handle was correct btw

Obani,s blade is red cause he heated it up to inflict more pressure and damage so it will cause sirious burns

Just with epoxy. I do not recommend that, it's definitely a temporary solution (that I have been using for years now). I have been meaning to get another quench tank, somehow.

I have a question, Whenever you guys finish using a sword to cut a fruit, water bottle, or bamboo for testing once your done how do you guys resharpen the blades? or do you just leave them be?

Well, now that you have finished this build, you are now ready to branch out into fillipino kris blades or flamberge style euro swords. Your reference photo shows the tsuba is sukashi. Have you done a tsuba with lots of cutout portions before? The itomaki shown in the photo also suggests Akechi Katate. Lastly, I think that cutting post is ready for retirement, lol.

Oh my god, I made Tanjiro's tsuba which has like 50 cut outs. That took about a week just for that. I definitely overlooked it for this one.

@@JumboRadish Yes, the art did make it a bit easy to overlook. You can always do a short showing a revised tsuba if you wanted. Something to sneak in on downtime perhaps.

In my opinion, I like the older/ longer vids that you used to make. Katana videos used to be ten to twelve minutes (going based off of Rengokus katana video) with more details shown. I’ve just noticed that videos used to be longer and they had more depth to them, but now vids are around five minutes long with barely any depth to them. Still like watching your videos and just wanted give my opinion.

I have to admit, even after all this time, I'm still experimenting with my video formats. Shortening videos and adding narration are new for the channel. I was actually thinking about going back to more detailed longer videos, but keeping the narration.

I think there are some things to update on iguros sword it's some shade of purple and the whole blade is purple and it's a bit more curvier the handle and everything is the same
