Depending where your are in China. Roujiamo is northern and north western food traditionally. Not all regions in China have that popular.

Yeah that is Northern food ! Southern diet more focus on 💦 eatery rood , more rice. Noodles 🍜 Less dry dough/bun due to diff climet . Ppl prob sweet more they need more water
