What happens when you wrap a cheap chicken breast with the best steak in the world? A Wagyu A5 straight from japan. Will it make the chicken better? Will the chicken breast taste like a steak? I have no idea but I can't wait to find out.

My personal favorite application for chicken breast is throwing it in a food processor with ginger, garlic, shallots, turmeric, serrano peppers, and (of course) salt n' freshly ground pepper. Grind that up into a fine paste, then you can make meatballs or patties from it that have a great flavor cooked right in. When I smoke whole chickens, the juice that accumulates in my drip pan gets used as a dipping sauce for the breast due to it being the least flavorful part. It all works out in the end.

Stingers are Steak and Chicken Finger subs or you can chop them together into a hoagie. You can flavor the fingers with your preference of hot sauce or BBQ sauce, ususally with mayo and/or blu cheese, and in the sub version you can put the traditional lettuce, tomato, and onion. @@jamescheddar4896 I don't think I ever saw that one. Also agreed, but the dumbest thing about Columbine is how it could've been totally prevented. Eric Harris had been sending death threats and posting videos detonating pipe bombs and brandishing firearms online for a year leading up to the shooting. Everybody knew about it. Teachers, parents ect. Yet nothing was done until they turned the guns on themselves. It's a complete misconception that Jocks were the specific targets. It's also a misconception that they were unpopular. They had friends, they had seemingly normal lives. They dated, they went to prom. They hated the world beyond the walls of their high-school. They had plans to continue the killing spree, but couldn't make it past the suppressive fire from authorities. An F.B.I agent in an interview pertaining to the massacre once said: "It wasn't a successful shooting. It was a failed bombing."

@@ColumbineCollin It's a bit nuanced but jocks were the root. In some of the footage you can see a random jock smirk at Eric Veiss (holding the camera) and jam an elbow into him randomly when he's walking by. Eric's diary is covered with angst over that stuff. He wasn't letting bullies victimize him per say but he thought the entire world was going to be a cliquocracy like highschool when it's the opposite

I was curious whether Guga was going to keep the bacon/wagyu wrap on the chicken when serving it. Of course, if I were serving the dish normally, I wouldn't think of taking the wrapping off, but for the sake of the experiment I would've wanted to see what Angel/Leo's reactions would have been to just the chicken, because otherwise you're kind of reacting to the bacon/wagyu itself and not just the chicken breast. But that's why this is Guga Foods and not Ethan Cheblksdfojwski :D

Guga, have you ever made mashed potatoes by baking them first? Try this for your next side dish (and add your twist to it): Take Hannah white sweet potatoes, poke holes in them with a fork, and bake them at 425 degrees for 75-90 minutes. Just that simple! Then spoon out the insides. They're already mashed! These are delicious without ANY seasoning, but you can mix them with butter+cream+salt to elevate them further. The baking transforms the potatoes versus just boiling. It also dries the potatoes, making the cream and butter get absorbed more completely.

Howdy Guga, would love to see you tackle some cuisine you probably wouldn’t have thought of. One thing I’ve wanted to see tackled by channels like you, Joshua Weismann, Babish, etc are Spice Bags. I live in Newfoundland, Canada. I have a lot of Irish Heritage, and something I’ve heard are big in Ireland are Spice Bags, and I’m kinda surprised they haven’t made it across the water yet. It’s essentially crispy thick cut home fries, fried chicken, and a hefty spice mix served in a bag with a curry sauce. They usually toss in some fried veggies like slices Jalapegnos, minced onion, garlic, maybe some chillis. It was created in a Chinese Food Takeaway with the intent to appeal to the Irish Palette and it took off. And ever since I first saw it, I felt like it could catch on in a lot of places, but I’ve never tried it. Only saw it and the moment I saw it, I was like “Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, how is this not everywhere already?” It’s cool to see multicultural dishes come together, and granted you travel a bit and you and your family have a lot of heritage of your own to draw from, I’d love to see you tackle it, and maybe even see your own take on it. I think it’s pretty cool when different cultural culinary disciplines kinda come together to create something cool and new rather than strictly stick to their own methods. Some very interesting foods have come from that.

Hey guga I have an experiment for you. Recently a KZread Group called 'Whiskey Tribe' did an experiment with whiskey they referred to as buttering whiskey. It's used to both enhance whiskey flavors as well as create a form of whiskey butter that is made very differently from your process, creating compound butter. This could be very interesting as an experiment or even a collab. Seeing the difference between whiskey compound butter and butter created from the process they did but also... In your recent burger video you were impressed by the wisconsin butter burger. What about a burger experiment that tries compound butters in creating butter burgers. But all in all the video over on whiskey tribe would likely be right up your alley as a lover of cooking experiments.
