I Made 1,000,000 Nuclear Waste in Satisfactory… Am I Doomed?
Satisfactory Update 4 let's play gameplay today working on the nuclear waste mess we made last time while working on plutonium fuel rod processing. Our Nuclear Reactor system is completely full of waste, and this is pretty much the worst case nuclear meltdown level scenario. So what will we do with 1,000,000 nuclear waste...?

About: Satisfactory
Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory building game with a dash of exploration and combat. Pioneering for FICSIT Incorporated means charting and exploiting an alien planet, battling alien lifeforms, creating multi-story factories, entering conveyor belt heaven, automating vehicles, and researching new technologies. The Satisfactory Train update and Nuclear update also adds in trains, train stations, and nuclear power plant to enjoy, if you can handle the nuclear waste that is! In some of our videos, we go over Satisfactory tips and Satisfactory building tips, as well how to build a mega base and manufacturer setup. Our Satisfactory Early Access let’s play ep 1 was started a few months ago, but now we have hundreds of hours since Satisfactory ep 1 and have built a giant base with computer production, supercomputer production, a huge nuclear power plant and hundreds of trains! Our giant train system covers the entire map and gathers uranium, deals with our nuclear waste, and Satisfactory trains are a very satisfactory way of travel!
Satisfactory Update 3 also changed the game entirely adding pipes, Hyper Tubes, the Awesome Shop and Awesome Sink (aka Resource Sink), a new desert biome, a new vehicle, and a ton more! Recently though Satisfactory Update 4 released adding in the very Satisfactory Tier 8 with: plutonium, plutonium waste, a hover pack, the blender, a battery building, ziplines, gas, reservoirs and wells, drones, new space elevator parts, and a whole lot more too!
Zufriedenstellend lass uns das Gameplay spielen im neuen Update!
Follow my Satisfactory Early Access Gameplay for the best base building, best Satisfactory tips, and more!
Satisfactory is an FPS open-world factory building sim by CoffeeStain Studios. You play as an engineer on an alien planet as part of the ‘Save The Day’ program - a program whose goal is to construct a massive machine for a mysterious purpose. Conquer nature, build multi-story factories, and automate to satisfaction!

Another good way tro get rid of excess water, or any case where fluid input and output types are the same, is to link the outputs to the inputs of a few that don't share the same input line as the rest and have them at the start of the other inputs, and OC them as far as possible. They only run when there is excess water & other inputs so youll never back up.

I kept watching just to see how you can hook up a row of blenders with something like 1.5 foundations of width to work with. I could sort of see what you did. I guess you are making stacks of both pipe and conveyer, then maybe using T pipes and inline splitters to pull off what's needed.

I'm in the same boat. I started up my first nuclear plant last night, 12 reactors overclocked to 250% and a plant processing 750 uranium/min into fuel rods. As soon as I started it up, I knew I had a problem. So much waste. I built a concrete building on the empty island at the southwest corner of the map to store the uranium waste. 4x16x8 stack of industrial containers, I should be able to store 9,216,000 waste.

If you want a fluid overflow, all you have to do, is make a literal overflow design. You know.. gravity and height :) make little incline on the overflow branch, that goes higher Than the highest point of your non-overflow branch, and you are good to go :)

In my current setup, one blender handles the waste output of 10 reactors. So I sent the water back to the reactors supply. The acid balancing was the bigger issue. The wet concrete will be very useful after the particle accelerator phase, because you need some to in case the plutonium. I was surprised by how much concrete my small setup demanded.

What I did for that was build a riser tower that was bigger than the head lift in the system, then stuck a pump on the Blender side. Since the sulphuric acid is physically incapable of backing up, all that'll happen is sometimes the Refinery making sulphuric acid will shut down.

Hi Boss. you might want to add a nice mod if you decides to do a ton of train for future playthrough :) Structural Solutions. there have I-Beams that support tracks (Rail Support Double) and you can place I-Beam Track on each side. so train each side then belt/Pipes in the middle just a FWI

What about not burn the Plutonium Fuel Rod and produce 10 barrels of waste per rod. Just sink the Plutonium and get rid of all the waste.

Since power plants run at 100% all the time it may make sense to limit input to have less outputs. The game needs a way to resource sink excess power then this kind of setup would be justified.

My own power plant area currently makes around 170.000MW (170GW), which is enough right now, and uses around 15-20GW for Production of Fuel and the processing of waste. It only makes around 0.25 normal uranium waste /min (with what is used for plutonium already subtracted) and the storage area is enough for way over 1000 hours according to my math. The plutonium waste storage can "only" fit around 950h of waste, but that's enough. I know I could shred the plutonium fuel to get to nearly 0 waste, but I don't see a reason to right now. My uranium fuel production is kinda overkill, producing enough fuel rods to run about double the current number of power plants. Pretty future-safe, I think. And it "only" covers like half the purple swamp area.

sucks that you can't use an industrial container as a 2:2 load balancer. it has 2 inputs and 2 outputs but apparently works on some kind of priority system, and which output has priority can be shuffled by saving and loading, including autosaves.
