Flying with these new props, I definitely saw a decrease in propwash and shaking. I also felt more confident in tight situations while freestyling.

    Fun flying with all that weight on, impressive. Can’t wait to get mine too! Seen other folks fly with aftermarket props but no one who ripped it as hard like you. I was literally going to buy a Nagzul this weekend until watching this video! So now, I’ll wait and see how it flies! Thanks.

    Ive got the Nazgul Evoque 6” V2 O3, it is a powerful ripper and long range cruiser. Best of both worlds and damn near indestructBLE.

    These are the DJI arm braces.     Nice flying and beautiful footage! Thx for the info. I'm looking for props that could increase flight time, only for cinematic and long distance flying. So I'm willing to sacrifice some power for longer flights. Any idea what I should try? 2-blade props or props with less pitch? I'm rather new to FPV flying.

    For long distance and cinematic flying, the stock DJI propellers perform well and have longer battery life than any of the other propellers I’ve tested.

    Hello as alwyas Nice Review! I have a question maybe You could help me out. I have the original dobo head mount for the dji fpv drone, and i have an 8 hero black (full size) and a geprc hero 8 black naked. I have both with same settings, wifi off and all the same settings. Thing is that with the naked i get a satelite drop to almost 0 and with the full size i don't have any problem. Any idea of this? Thanks have a Nice day

    You should try the candy canes. Lots of power, little prop wash but ease into throttle you can minimize the prop wash. Peanut butter jelly props. Hardly no prop wash but struggles for little power

    I love the Ethix P4 candy canes. They feel really smooth, great efficiency and have a good punch. I also like the Gemfan 5236. Props are so cheap so you can try out a bunch and see what you like best.

    Thanks Daniel! Glad it helped. For my rates, I kept the center sensitivity the same. I have Max pitch and roll at 650. Max yaw at 550. Expo for all at .55

    Man, I finally flew these props and it flies like a Nazgûl in my opinion!! Nice recommendation! It flies super smooth and controlled, felt floaty before with original props. Wondering angle are you flying with and what angle is your GoPro? Thanks so much!

    Hey Max! Yeah I originally got them to boost my signal. Especially penetration through obstacles. Although I’m not sure how much improvement that gave me, I’ve found the most useful thing to just have more portability with my goggles not having the huge antennas sticking out.

    I have the dal 5249 pros and the hurricanes I noticed a huge difference in those but I hear the spitfire's are better.. I am a trash flyer though.

    If you tighten the bolt too much, you can cause cracks in the props.

    Ha! I bet that was it. I was worried they would loosen up so I might of tightened them too much. But it’s cracked on the prop not the bolt area

    I was filming with the GoPro. My next video I will be comparing all the props using the DJI camera or the goggles with no stabilization to get a better sense of the side by side differences.

    I put those on my FPV today because of your video and I noticed that they are not as wide so do they not grab as much air also are they as fast as the other props. Sitting on the ground and then taking off as fast as I can send to lift up a little slower than the other props what do you think think

    I feel like they are punchier than the stock propellers. I’m in the middle of testing the stock props vs 3 other props (battery life, punch out power, freestyle ability, etc) I should be rolling out with that video soon. I just had knee surgery so it’s been hard to get to the park.

    It would be interesting to see with the stock props exactly how fast in miles per hour and then put the other props on and see if it’s the same miles per hour or greater. I tried some carbon fiber props and they sucked like crazy they would like hop through the air

    @@RandyBrownmusic yeah I wouldn’t try any knockoff props of the DJI like the Carbon fiber. The only ones I would get are ones that work with the Aikon adapters. I’ll let you know when i’m done with the tests and post my next video. There are some 5.2 inch props that seem to be doing pretty well so far. The 5.1 props seemed to have lower efficiency.

    Hey Brian ! I hope you can reply to this even though its super late, but I see you run the crystal patch on you goggles are they the V2 ? if so do they properly work while flying the DJI FPV or any drone with an O3 air unit ? I have been told in theory it doesn't since the stubby antennas aren't dual band

    I'd be curious to see that that direct comparison too because theoretically the new props should fly worse than stock since dji tuned the drone specifically for their own props. That's what we have to do with traditional fpv drones: tune the PID loop to the props that we will use. Maybe all the stabilization on the drone masks the messed up tune but what you will be able to notice will be decreased efficiency (if what I'm saying is correct) Edit: also the content of flight time comparison will yield u another viral video lol

    I think if someone is trying to fly high performance with this drone, these are a great updgrade. If they are just using the drone for smooth cinematic without any dives, the stock props are more convenient

    Hey! So I just added the aikon adapter to my drone, but it doesn’t seem balanced when I hover it. It leans toward the front left significantly. Did I do something wrong? Anything I should check for? Let me know, thanks!

    That’s interesting. Do you have a video? The only time I notice that is if it’s trying to lean against the wind. I would also make sure your propellers are in the correct orientation.

    I have the DJI fpv drone and it’s fun and everything but it just really doesn’t compare in freestyle to something like my HGLRC sector x5 or even my Nazgûl V2 it still flys great don’t get me wrong but the power to weight and better tune make a lot more of a difference then I think your thinking it will

    No. The props will just help it fly better during aggressive maneuvers. The arm braces help quite a bit though.

    @@nikolayk1792 I fly with a camera tilt between 20-25. This flight was at 23. I got longer sticks to help have more smooth controls and precision as you can see in the video. For my rates I kept center sensitivity the same, 650 Max Pitch and Roll 550 Max Yaw .55 Expo on all

    Hey Daniel, that’s the iFlight Crystal HD directional patch antenna. It makes the whole front plate into an antenna. shop.iflight-rc.com/crystal-hd-patch-5-8ghz-directional-antenna-pro1384 I kept losing signal going behind objects with the standard antenna. This seems to be a little better.

    be carful I bought DjI FPV Air screws & got air screwed one of the pin's broke that hold the pin to the motor in the rear when it was 200 ft up with a shutter. I slowly came down to one and hafe feet all of a sudden my drone went in reverse at top speed I think that's when the propeller blade came off, I brought it down to the ground the battery popped out💥🥴 luckily the reinforcement arms took the impact and one broke I installed for $15.00 saved the rear legs of my drone. I bought a new pair of reinforcement arm's. I think propellers you're using are much safer👍🏻✨

    I agree ☝️ I kept the center sensitivity the same. I have Max pitch and roll at 650 and yaw at 550. Expo for all at .55. This feels more natural to me because I like slow smooth flying with the ability to do a quick flip when needed.

After having my first go on the sim last night I realise what a long way to go I have haha you guys doing these tricks are insanely skilled!

    @@mikkamon I was exactly the same coming from the Mavic and Phantom. I had to completely rewrite my brain! I think I watched every tutorial on KZread and spent 2-3 hours a day practicing on the simulator. One of the biggest things that helped me was getting the book FPV Flight Dynamics. It really helped me understand the drone. Every day I would read a principle or trick in the book and then practice what I learned in the Liftoff simulator. One day it just clicked and I felt like the drone was part of me. It’s a cool feeling. Still have a long way to go! I love it!

    Thanks! For my rates I kept the center sensitivity the same. I have max roll and pitch at 650, max yaw at 550 with an expo of .55 for all. I experimented a lot with my rates in Liftoff and these ended up doing best for the type of flying I like to do. I like being able to cruise and have smooth control while being able to do a fast flip when needed. I’m even thinking of upping the expo to .60
