Cool! Good for you for looking for a better way. In north America I find most horse people, even if they know a lot, do not really know what they should to work with horses. Have you heard of Equitopia center? They do this kind of stuff. Not only mental wellness (which is so important) but also physical wellness. It's really cool. God bless 😊✝

I would love to do it I’m sure I’m a little late but I’ve been working with a kiger mustang who has been through all the trainers I’m twelve and only going bye confidence because he really is a dangerous horse. I’m in Oregon so yeah

This is awesome! I commented on Brita's channel the other day about merely dabbling in +R with excellent results despite knowing very little about it. That was with an older gelding. I continued the comment describing a mare and how I'd need to learn how to deal with a horse who was quite the opposite from the gelding when she turned into an overly excited mugger for treats. Full disclosure: I run 'The World's Greatest Equine Clown Show,' but that tiny little piece of self respect that's still hanging on for dear life prevents me from starting a channel by the same name. Bummed that I can't fit into the time frame for this one. (I'm 5 days away from surgery and the recovery period depends on whatever that depends on. It's a wait and see.) But hopefully this goes on repeat to fit a future circumstance(?) What if the timing worked out where I was coming on board with a fresh mustang or mule colt? Awesome. Or something else as I recently learned I only get half a vote in a household of two about what's next. I've been lobbying for a mustang, but, half a vote. 😕 I'm a little apprehensive about being accountable... On camera at that. I recently watched old video of myself working with a colt, video so old that it was moved over from VHS tape to a memory stick. My own comment while watching myself: "What an idiot." And, "Bringing these memories back from the dead seems like a mistake now." I did ride through some bucking pretty well and never touched the night latch I'd put on just in case, so there's that. 😄 (Smart enough to put a night latch on - too stupid to remember why it was there when I needed it. 🤦‍♂) Every class needs a class clown. One of my biggest regrets is that you can't win a buckle for that, so a buckle for anything would be cool as all get out!

You are such a great trainer! Your horses are beautiful. I was wondering if you have any tips for loading and unloading a nervous horse into a float. My horse had a floating accident with his past owners. We are not sure what happened but he has big scars down his back leg. He also flicks his head up and has rushed off the float with us and cut his head open before. He is very nervous. Do you have any ideas?

If you’re interested in working with me, go ahead and apply for the eight week intensive! 🙌🏻 I think it would be really supportive for your goals of working through your boy’s trailering trauma. One of my mares had severe trauma regarding the trailer as well and we have worked through that. Let me know if you have any questions about the program!

Pls pick me I would love to do this with my pony rose I took her to my ants house for 3 years and they abused her and never told me so now rose doesn’t like people at all every time I try to touch her she kicks me and runs away it brakes my heart because I’ve had rose for 6 years
