Really like the part about authenticity! And I agree and for me the hardest part is being authentically me on camera. Since the camera seems to reduce your personality output by 30% you essentially somehow need to be 130% of yourself to come across as 100% yourself (even to close family members) At least for me, so doing that without that extra 30% becoming un-authentic is very difficult

Man, the feeling of constantly being behind really hit me. I’ve been struggling with this for quite a while now, and it’s always been something that I’ve kept inside and never shared. I have the exact same fear in that I’m afraid that’s how I’ll always feel, and you have no idea how relieving it is to hear someone else share the same feeling/fear. Makes me truly realize that we all go through similar issues and that we’re all human. Thanks for sharing this video, Matt.

Then I judge myself for what I haven’t done or what I’m not doing, instead of all the amazing things that I am consistently doing. It’s all fear of being judged by some imaginary expectation, usually unreasonable, that we set for ourselves. Really needed this! I was no social media until I started using instagram just last year, and what I've observed is that you are always trying to put in your unauthentic version of yourself something which you're not, and then you get depressed over seeing other people uploading all of their happy pictures thinking well this guy must be having the time of his life while you're just posting a fake version of yourself, and maybe they think the same about you so it's all mutual, but at the end you just end up feeling terrible and low on self worth, and then the cycle of procrastination and sadness begins, it just degrades your quality of life in general, therefore I believe it's important to be authentic in what you do and just take pride in your own growth and accomplishments rather than procrastination and being sad over how less you are ass compared to others

To those reading to this… Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach ❤

I think we're always surprised when we hear successful people say they feel like they're behind, but it's also reassuring in a sense. I like your phrase "crisis of authenticity". It's one of the things I've come up value in my "real friends".

And all of these flaws are why I look up to you. Thank you for showing us it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Just to push, incrementally, a little harder everyday.

This is a REALLY important video! Thank you, Matt, for sharing your thoughts and feelings in between your “normal” content - it’s a good reminder that we are all human, each with our quirks and flaws. On internet you can sometimes forget that.
